Overall great stay at this house! Kathleen was very quick to respond, friendly and did her best to address anything that came up. The kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The pool and hot tub seemed clean and were a big hit with my kids! As were all of the games! Beds were very comfy! Some aspects of the home could use a little TLC but very minor things (such as loose hardware on the bench seating at the table by the pool- needs to be tightened). Would also recommend improving the grip on the floor of the showers- they were very slippery in both bathrooms. Overall would stay again if we are in the area!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have needed plus some. The whole family always had something to do and was almost impossibile to get them to leave. Some of the games are beaten up from prior renters abusing them but overall we would definitely seak this location again when we come back.

Birthday Surprise!

This place was perfect! Our 3 boys really enjoyed the game room! It was a lifesaver for the downtime in between activities. We asked the owner to put up a banner and balloons for our 3 boys with birthdays in May (hence the vaca)They went above and set out candy and Blue Leis for all of us! Super special!!!It was CLEAN, comfortable and had everything we needed to cook for our family. The pool area was excellent! The location was perfect. 20 min from most all of our destinations. The street was a dead end so it was only neighborhood traffic. A beautiful walk as well. There's a big produce stand at the start of the neighborhood that we walked to. This house was a really great place to spend a vacation! Very grateful for the quick responses to our questions. 10 out of 10!!!!

An Absolutely Honest Review

Kathleen is a very communicative host. The house is old and re done. Its got great potential. It was accurate in its description. I wish I had seen the part about paying for heat ala cart. We were charged an additional 60 for 2 days of hot water in the hot tub. Our choice mind you but you typically expect a hot tub to be hot. Take charcoal if you wanna cook they don't provide. Bring a lighter to light it, theirs didn't work. Make sure you bring ice, we had none, not even the ice trays filled. If you arrange a late check out be sure you clear it with everyone. Kathleen's father came in a half hour before our arranged check out to tell us we needed to leave. If you don't prefer single ply toilet paper you might wanna bring some. I sent the owner an email about everything that bothered me here. I could have spent less in an ocean front condo in Clearwater. Disappointing to say the least but she did accommodate our dog after i didn't include one and did so at a discounted rate for my naivety. I don't want to seem ungrateful but for two hundred a night i think my bill was almost a thousand for 2 nights. It wasn't worth it.

An oasis away from home! My family and I enjoyed every minute at this Beautiful pool home the game room kept us enjoying each others company and laughter. The neighborhood was quiet and near every thing target and good food. The grill and pool made it even better! Host is awesome and responded to our questions fast . Thank you we will definitely be back.The house was beautiful and clean which make the stay feel just like home!

Pool was nice

Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. A couple of items need some attention. Dishwasher needs anchoring. Opened it and it almost tipped over. Broken glass in the pool area when we got there. Otherwise a good place to stay. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Adorable house

This was the perfect location for a quick getaway for a hockey game. We had a couple of little hiccups, but good communication with our host got most of them straightened out. We were hoping for a little break from the cold weather but Mother Nature had other plans with very cool Florida weather. The hot tub was the perfect way to warm up and the newly fenced in yard provided plenty of privacy.

Nice accommodations. Awkward where living room tv is located and futon sofa is ready to fall apart. Decor is lovely but some things need a little TLC. Pool area very nice but wish charge for heating pool and hot tub was listed on rental.

Myself and my family drove 12 hours from Virginia and stayed for a week at this amazing property !! It felt like home away from home ! A very peaceful neighborhood and the owner was very gratifying and communicated very efficiently !! We definitely will be revisiting this home , and we greatly appreciate the hospitality. If you are looking for a getaway and need a place to stay I’d highly recommend this property !! Thank You !!

Great location

We needed a house for a big weekend tournament at the Tampa Sports Complex and this house was perfect. Around 10 mins away and passes by several food, coffee, grocery locations along the way. Also very close to downtown Tampa if that’s what you’re looking for. Sweet little house and really enjoyed the hot tub and also sitting on the front porch and unwinding after long day of sports.

Great getaway

Enjoyed the convenience to Tampa and Valrico. We have visited Florida once a year for the last 3 years and always love to come back. This is our first time staying and Riverview. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and made travel easy to and from Tampa and Valrico. The house was well maintained, and the pool was very relaxing after a long day. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for your next stay in Riverview., FL.

Safe Comfortabke Stay!

My family and my parents stayed here during Hurricane Milton because we had to evacuate out of our mobile home. As scary as that storm was, we stayed safe and alive. No windows busted. The day prior we swam in the pool together, hung out in the spa. It really was the perfect place to bring our family close together in the midst of chaos. Thank you so much!
