Perfect getaway

From the time we arrived on the island, life was good. My friend and I arrived at Mr Groupers greeted with friendly smiles from the staff. We stayed for 7 days and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the food was good to. I will definitely stay here again

Great room

Room was great.. exactly as pictured.Property, not so much.Pool was a joke and area had two basic chairs, no sofas or sitting areas as shown. Water freezing. Tiny pool that is basically to dip legs in since too short to swim. Location is by far wrong… I know nobody in this world that can “throw a stone” to the beach as far as it is. its a long long walk to beach!Restaurant was amazing food and strong drinks.Overall great room so still rate highly!

Relaxing Adventure in TCI

The rooms at Mr Groupers are exactly as pictured. Very quiet and relaxing. The on-site car rental was also convenient. We could walk to the beach as well as heavy Salt Mills shopping area.

The Perfect Getaway

The Suites at Mr. Grouper’s are exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality upon my arrival. The room was very clean - the floors were clean, it smelled lovely, and the linens were fresh. They provide great hospitality from the moment you walk in. Additionally, the restaurant is lovely to walk down to. You can sit at a welcoming bar or get a table with your group. I enjoyed my stay, and will continue to recommend to others as well as look into staying here upon my return!

first time

This was our first time in Turks and we really enjoyed our stay here. Friends were staying at a nearby hotel for 3x the price and The Suites at Mr Grouper were more modern, more vibes at the restaurant, clean and felt safe!

Fantastic place, location, and staff!

To start Sabrina was amazing. She is the most helpful and knowledgeable hostess. Everything went so smoothly. We we able to adjust check in and our times based on our flight. The room was clean and staff were attentive when needed. 10/10 would recommend. The hotel is not “on the beach” but is two blocks away and about a 6/7 min walk. My only suggestion would be if the hotel provided chairs for the beach it would be helpful.

Overall it was goo. Water pressure in the morning was almost non existent. It would take 10 minutes for the toilet tank to refill.No hot water half the time there.

Perfect and Affordable for Turks

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Suites/ Mr Groupers. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did have a few things we had concerns. For one, tiny ants got into our food and candy even though we had it in a bag and not on the kitchen counter. We recommend put all food inside the refrigerator to avoid this. We also noticed the backdoor that was sliding didn't close on one side. This made us concerned as we are in a new country and wanted to feel safe when we were sleeping that all doors locked. Lastly, we heard noises from a nearby outside bar that was a bit frustrating, but manageable. Those were the concerns. The things we loved is the hotel is located a few walking steps from Grouper Restaurant. This restaurant was excellent and the reviews outstanding! We loved how close we were to the water and other resorts and activities. That was convenient. However for the amount we paid all these things were reasonable to deal with and we recommend this place to others. It's a little daunting when you arrive because it's overall small and location a bit odd, but overall we enjoyed it.

Wonderful

This was such a lovely and affordable find! The space was beautiful and just as listed, honestly even better than the photos provided. It was attached to Mr. Groupers restaurant and it was delicious. There's the island fish fry right next door on Thursdays and that was a total party! Just know there's a bar behind the property and it can get a little Loud on Friday and Saturday night, we didn't have a problem with it but just incase you need it quiet at all times! This place is very freshly renovated , the room is gorgeous. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been a place to hang towels and handsome, they did provide lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The staff is very kind, personable, and attentive. The owner and Sabrina made sure that we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely come back to this little hidden gem! Thank you for everything!

Really great stay and a tremendous value for the money!

The room was clean and new. The staff was friendly and the Island fish fry next door was fantastic! Also, the restaurant (Mr. Grouper’s) was the best food we found on the island. Servers and bar tenders were really nice. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful apartment. Recommended.

We stayed in a beautiful, spacious and clean apartment at mr groupers. This place is highly recommended if you are looking for a modern space with great facilities within a 10 minute walk of Grace Bay beach. Everything you need is in the room and the bed and shower are great. The pool on the roof top was beautiful and peaceful. The rooms all have balconies. This place is also highly recommended if you want to visit the Thursday Fish Fry as it is takes place right out front. Would stay again.

Surprisingly Convenient

Our stay at the Suites at Mr.Grouper was excellent. The rooftop pool was beautiful. The proximity to Mr Groupers was very nice. The Thursday Fish Fry was fantastic, right next door. It was an easy walk to the beach and other restaurants. This was fantastic, especially for the price.

Loved it, new place, working out the bugs, gonna be GREAT!

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, super friendly staff, convenient to the restaurant, quick bike ride to the beach and other downtown restaurants and shopping. Being a brand new place, I'd suggest they add plates/bowls, extra pillows, ice bin in the freezer and possibly an extra ice tray, and a trash can in the kitchen. The room smelled great, the photos depict it accurately, too. The pool up top offered a great view, and the Thursday night Fish Fry that happens right next door is a major event in town. Mr. Grouper's restaurant is quite good, and the staff there helped us with cabs. You'll want a bike to get to things, but they can be easily rented - just ask at the front desk. They also have rental cars onsite, but we didn't try to rent one - can't speak to that. Overall, this place is a great value compared to the rest of the island. TCI is a very expensive place to visit, so I recommend this spot if you're looking for a great location, nice, clean room with fridge and microwave, and on the lower end of the local pricing for accommodations. Would stay here again if I return to TCI.

Hidden Gem!

This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful! Rooms are spacious and the decor is lovely. The bed was the best! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant has some of the best food on the island and an uncrowded public beach is a short walk away. You can't beat the price either! Such a rare find! We would definitely stay here again.
