Water view, spectacular sunsets, near beaches!

Summer 2026:
*Memorial Day Weekend is a 3 night minimum (Friday - Sunday)
*Early June dates are a 2 night minimum
*We rent Saturday to Saturday June 27th through September 5th.

A retreat for the whole family at this renovated Point Judith gem. You'll love the amazing water views of the salt pond, water access a few yards from the property and spectacular sunsets. We are located on a quiet street with low traffic.

The home features three generous bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 3 twin) plus a pull out couch in the oversize living room. The primary closet is particularly large and could easily hold a pack-n-play for little ones. All windows include blinds and curtains (blackout in the twin bedroom). There are 2 full bathrooms and a brand new outdoor shower. All linens are included!

The open kitchen is well stocked with all major conveniences including a dishwasher. Washer and dryer are available as well as a clothes line for laundry. Enjoy the seaside breeze or central AC.

*Summer rentals include outdoor seating for 6 on the back deck along with a gas grill. 4 Adirondack chairs are also set up in the side yard for sunset viewing. 9 Beach towels, 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and toys are provided.

This property is ideal for families -- the yard is large and the beaches are close! You'll be minutes to Scarborough Beach, Roger Wheeler Beach, the Salt Pond, Point Judith Lighthouse and Galilee. Eateries, tennis courts, a playground, basketball court and baseball field are all within walking distance of the home.

Guests have full access to the home with the exception of the locked owner's closet. The basement, attic and shed are not accessible.

We have been lucky to spend our summers enjoying beautiful Narragansett. We're pleased to share our knowledge of the area with you! If you have any questions just ask, we are happy to help.

We spent a week with extended family. The place was clean & comfortable. The back deck was great! Sat out there for morning coffee, meals and drinks. Beautiful view of the lake at the end of the street. Gorgeous sunsets. Really nice neighborhood to walk around. Quiet location, yet 10 to 20 min from supermarket, beaches and restaurants .

Perfect Place for our family to stay for the weekend to celebrate a family members wedding. House was nice and clean and very spacious. The area is beautiful with nice views of the water.

Beautiful spot in Naragansett

The house has a terrific location with a view of the pond. It was clean and airy and uncluttered, with a gracious back deck and comfortable living room and a great kitchen. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We logged it and would stay again!

Very relaxing!

Home is just as described. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful sunset views over salt pond. Water access as well for kayaking. Lauren was very responsive to any communication. Can't wait to return!

Girls Getaway Weekend

Our group of seven family members wanted a clean and comfortable place to spend a winter weekend together and Lauren's place fit the bill perfectly. Everything was as advertised, well-laid out and in good shape. The kitchen and dining area was large and well-organized and the living room had plenty of comfortable seating. Great Views, Nice Home

The views of Point Judith Pond and Great Island are quite nice. The swivel chairs in the living room are a wonderful place to watch the water while you drink your morning coffee. The home's interior design is a nautical beach house kind of vibe. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and washer and dryer being available was very helpful. Lauren was very responsive to my messages and was very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend staying here.

Little slice of paradise!

The home is wonderful and in a great location. Walk to Scarborough beach, Also lots of restaurants and shopping very close by. The street is quiet with no real car traffic, and at was just what we were looking for. The house had very efficient AC, and it kept us nice and cool in the evenings on a very hot and humid week. The out door shower was wonderful. There were beach chairs and unbrellas on property. If you want to avoid the parking fees at beaches, I suggest you bring along a cart or wagon, and take the lovely walk to the beach. My family enjoyed the home and the area very much and hope to come back next summer. The host was very gracious and answered our questions almost immediately. If you are looking for a quiet vacation in a lovely home with all amenities, look no further!

Beautiful location with amazing sunsets

My husband and I stayed with our six year old and parents 70+ age. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and picturesque. Good for walks and bike rides. Large yard that overlooks a row of houses that are right on the river. You can see boats going by and the sunset sky was amazing. Nice deck with large table. It is in the sun (has an umbrella) but we brought a canopy to make it more comfortable for the grandparents. Boogie boards and indoor toys and games available which my daughter was very appreciative of. We loved the outdoor shower and fought over it when we returned from the beaches. The floor plan and decor of the house is lovely. Very comfortable kitchen for the 7 of us. The master bedroom was huge and great for the grandparents. Laundry is on the same floor which was helpful. Towels and linens were all included. The beds were all comfortable. Lauren was very responsive and timely when we had an issue with the grill. She even came by with a new one in the pouring rain. Thank you so much for that!! The location is great and within minutes from local beaches. We spent a lot of time at Galilee. Thank you for hosting us!

Very accurate description of lovely property

This renovated ranch met all the expectations of our small group of four women friends. The property presents just as depicted in the photos. Most importantly for all of us, the home was immaculate. The primary bedroom in particular is huge. Great layout for socializing. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view of a huge pond, which resembles an ocean harbor or large inlet more so than a typical brackish pond. Paddlers will love the easy access point through a right of way path that is a short walk from the house. Scarborough State Beach is a 3 min drive from the house. Also, a short drive to Galilee, a nearby town with good seafood restaurants and a large fishing harbor. About a half hour drive to other towns such as Wickford, which is great for poking around in lots of artisan and small, friendly shops, and also the popular Watch Hill area. The owner was great with her communication with me. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have some deck furniture out. Though our stay in late March may be considered too early to pull the outdoor furniture from storage, this 2023 winter/early spring has been milder than usual. One day of our stay was particularly beautiful and sunny and we would have loved to have sat out on the deck that overlooks the water. Overall, we had a terrific time and would definitely rebook this lovely property for a friends or family gathering.
