Escape to the Delaware Coast in this seventh-floor 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom oceanfront condo! Located on the seventh floor of Sea Colony's Dover House building (elevators and stair access), this condo offers an unobstructed ocean view from the balcony (offering counter-height Adirondack furniture) and is now newly remodeled for the 2024 season. New kitchen, bathroom and furniture make this a comfortable stay. Guests have access to 1 reserved covered parking space, along with a garage locker with 2 beach chairs and a boogie board. This condo is situated next to 707 Dover House, a 2 bedroom condo, if you want to book for a larger group. Inquire about booking both properties.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. Please let us know how many guests will be coming.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location of the building was perfect to step outside and go to the beach.

A real gem

What a wonderful property. We’ve stayed in many Sea Colony units, and this is the best. Check in was a breeze. Communication with the management company was timely. The unit is beautifully decorated with everything you need. We will be back.

25th anniversary trip

Wonderful stay and the perfect condo for two! Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this trip in beloved Sea Colony - where we took our children yearly. Now we are empty nesters. It was nice enjoying it just the two of us. Everything was decorated so nicely. Very comfortable place, all the amenities of home with a perfect ocean view!!!

Great stay at a great condo!

We loved staying in this condo. It was the perfect size for me and my two kids (husband had to work our first week at the beach). I have stayed in many Sea Colony condos over the past 30 years, and this is in my top 3! We especially appreciated the smart TVs for streaming movies at night or during rainy times. The parking is right next to the elevator, which was another bonus during move-in. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful facility, but no place for seniors who need grab bars assistance in the bathroom.

Ideal location for people who want to relax and to have available exercise facilities such as the Fitness Center and its indoor pool and gym. However, the check-in procedure required us to go to two different sites--which after 5 hours of grueling traffic felt like "piling on" more inconvenience. Furthermore, when we arrived at the site to obtain our parking pass, the office was closed and I had to come back the next morning.

Over 70 couple

The clean up process was a challenge because the dishwasher soap door never opened so I had to wash all the dishes by hand and put them away as instructed. Strip the bed and put all linens and towels in a bag. Leave the place exactly the way I found it. My husband can't help much cause he's disabled so I then had to pack up.

Nice location and lovely ocean view

We enjoyed our stay at 708 Dover House. The view is wonderful. The balcony is spacious with comfortable seating. The condo has a well appointed kitchen. Everything from a coffee pot to a blender. We did bring our own tp, paper towels and trash can liners - small and large - per an email received ahead of our arrival. We didn’t read one of the several pre- arrival emails closely enough and had to contact the property management company for instructions for getting our parking and amenity passes. The gentleman who answered our questions was very helpful and polite. One thing to note is that Sea Colony requires guests to purchase amenity passes. This will be in addition to the cost of renting the condo.
