An easy one-level layout, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and a bedroom, with a private half bath of its own. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Please respect the no dog policy. *Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Nice place for couple.

Great stay for individual or couple. The balcony and view of ocean is nice. It’s quiet and close to everything. I did not have to use my car…and there is even a nice gym that I was able to run to on nice trail. Great security too.

Great View, Great Stay

We had a great time in this unit. The bed was very comfortable and apartment was clean. The new couch was big and cozy. Although the appliances were a bit outdated, they were fine for us and we even had a blender and coffee maker. Loved the vacation!

Overall, this is a lovely unit and a great location. The kitchen is beautiful and totally renovated. Nice living room. Master bedroom is great. Bathrooms need updating.

Thanks for a great stay! Beautiful new kitchen in this unit, and the amenities at Sea Colony are awesome. Just a couple of opportunities. Pull out couch very uncomfortable for adults - consider an air mattress instead. We would stay with you all again! Thanks!

Perfect for the 3 of us!

This property was everything we needed. The balcony view was amazing. The space was basic but perfect for us. The in suite laundry was key! And the keyless entry pad was so simple! The bed was comfortable. The location of the room on the property was a bonus. I recommend for your upcoming vacation!

Sea colony condo

We stayed at sea colony resort for the first time and it was a beautiful resort. The beach was spotless and we felt very safe with all the lifeguards watching everyone swim in the ocean and the pools. The condo was nice it had everything we needed for making breakfasts and lunches. And it was nice having the washer and dryer. The air conditioner does make a noise as it turns on but it only bothered me the first night as I wasn’t use to it. (My husband and kids slept through it.) then I got use to it and it was fine the rest of the trip. Over all great place to stay.

Great vacation

Wonderful 1BR condo! The location on the 2nd floor and close proximity to the pool and beach made it super convenient to go back and forth when we needed a reprieve from the heat. In another review someone did mention the loud sound of the AC when it turns on. It is a bit loud initially, but you get used to it and it works great after a long day in the sun! The kitchen is updated with all new appliances, the living room is bright and open, bathrooms are updated. We loved this particular unit and will definitely be back. Another thing I didn't realize until a couple of days before our stay -Vacasa allows you to check in and gain access to all of the amenities until your unit is ready, which was very much appreciated. We were able to change in the locker rooms by the indoor pool and enjoy the day. Highly recommend!

Nice but construction and noisy AC

The location and apartment was decent. However the AC was very loud and disturbed sleep. As well they were sanding the cement around the property starting at 8 am which made us have to leave apartment - we were never told about this and offered another accommodation but no on ocean like we paid for. Vacasa team was nice but they should kit have rented this out or made this clear.

Pretty solid

Condo was pretty solid. Bathroom needs updating — or at least the addition of a bath mat to help prevent slips — but that’s pretty common in our experience renting at Sea Colony (old, worn bathrooms). We didn’t use the kitchen much beyond coffee and toast in the morning. Seemed decently equipped for a couple. Vacasa and local rental office communications were disjointed big time. Got a lot of mixed messages about check-out. Oh and the (false) fire alarm going off one morning at 4:30 am wasn’t terribly fun, but that seemed to be a fluke no one could’ve predicted. Surprised the rental agency didn’t communicate with us about that — seems like a basic customer service message. Otherwise, as expected experience for Sea Colony. Solid condo; noisy HVAC unit, but they all seem to be like that and once used to it makes for reasonable white noise at night. Nice furnishings (not too much crammed into small space). Comfortable couch, bed.
