Built in 1945 right after WW, brand new complete renovation!

House was clean. The host was super responsive and helpful. Close to restaurants and easibly accessible. Beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. Would suggest additional lighting outside as we arrived after dark and it was very dark until the outside light senor activated.

The check in was so easy and it had an easy entrance only two steps. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. Having the 2 bathrooms was awesome and well supplied. The whole experience was so enjoyable. I recommend this little but comfortable home to anyone visiting Beaufort, South Carolina.

Beaufort trip

Our family came to go to the graduation at Parris Island and the air show. The location was great. The cottage is lovely. The beds were very comfortable! Everything we needed was provided. It was perfect for our stay.

High School friends

Some high school buddies came from Ga to help repair my dock. We had a blast. The guys loved the house. The fridge went out and Joe got a new one. Couldn’t be happier.

Felt like family

Of the property was very professional and extremely kind. Property was well priced especially for the area as we were there visiting and celebrating our new Marine. Close to many locations not just Parris Island.

Great place close to Parris Island and MCAS

My family was able to spend Christmas with our Marine, so we booked this rental and drove to Beaufort. The place was perfect for our family. 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Plenty of space for everyone. The rental is well stocked with essentials. Basically just needed to buy our food and a few toiletries. Our family had a wonderful and extra special Christmas thanks to this place and the owners.

Beautiful little home tucked away.

This home is perfect for friends or family to stay. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Paris Island from here. It's really a straight run and one turn. Very charming inside. The rooms are adorable and I wish I had brought my entire family. We came down to attend family day and graduation on Parris Island. The neighborhood is very quiet. Highly correcommend staying here. The owners communication is amazing! I had one issue where a bug that came into the house from outside and I literally have an irrational fear of bugs. The owners came over while we were at Family Day and took care of everything made sure it was gone and everything was good to go. The beds are so ridiculously comfortable you will have the best sleep of your life!

Great Place was Just Right!

Our stay was ideal in so many ways at the end of July 2024. The home was a just right size for our family group. We used the kitchen for some meals during our time in Beaufort, but when we weren't doing that, the location was also just right for different excursions throughout the Beafort/Port Royal area, Hunting Island, Sea Islands and to Hilton Head for a day trip. The home was clean, was a just right cozy for the space as a whole and had all the pots pans and utencils we needed. The yard space is very nice, and the view of all the oak trees with spanish moss everywhere from the property was awesome. Communication with Joe and Kristi was also just right! All in all, it was really a perfect place for us to stay during our time in Beaufort, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Beaufort

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The house was very clean, beds were comfy and loved the fact it had 2 full bathrooms. The location was convenient and just a short drive to the historic downtown. Super easy check in and check out process. Very nice stay!

Perfect for Family

Beaufort stay

This house was well accomodating. There was enough rooms and beds for everyone. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to downtown and restaurants. And only 30 minutes or so from Hunting Island.

One bed and bath away from rest of rooms. This should be stated in listing. Had problems with hit water. It was very sporadic. Ants were a problem as well.
