Have stayed at this condo several times. Always enjoyed each trip. Rooms are decorated nicely and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Short walk to the beach. Look forward to staying again.

This condo has some nice modern updates and all the necessities for a beach trip. There was dehumidifiers in the unit, but still felt musty. Location was easy to walk to the beach even with little kids and the pool was nice and clean.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a great family getaway at this Hilton Head condo! The location couldn’t be better — just a quick walk to the ocean, and we loved being able to stroll to nearby shops and restaurants. The condo was spotless when we arrived, and our kids were absolutely thrilled with the pool. It really felt like a home base where we could relax after a fun day at the beach.The only small downsides were that the lighting inside could be a bit brighter, I would have liked better cleaning supplies like a vacuum for during the week, and the neighbor’s dog barked a few times at night, which woke our infant. Still, those were minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. We left with happy memories and would recommend this spot to any family looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Hilton Head!

Hilton Head 2025 Review

Had a great experience. The public beach-access location was phenomenal. Awesome walking distance to downtown Coligny too. The unit was perfect for what the 4 of us were looking for.Suggested possible addition to the "welcome pack" are trash bags or inform renters that they need to bring trash bags. Also, suggested to provide keypad code to get into and out of the property instead of using the one fob provided. We were able to find out the code from another renter in a different unit. Only having one fob for entry was difficult to manage before we found out the code.

Convenient location

The condo was clean and met our needs although it could use some general updating. We wished the pool on property had a bathroom nearby. The beach was a short walk and very enjoyable. We had a nice time.

perfect location. East beach access and really appreciated having access to beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon. Everything we needed was provided. Clean and comfortable unit. Nice patio furniture and enjoyed looking out over greenery and pool in the distance.

Nice place for sister get away

Condo was very nice. Limited living room space. Bringing in luggage type stuff a challenge. Bring a wagon. Pool nice. Quiet building. Easy walk to beach. Could use a few more items in kitchen ie plastic water pitcher and storage containers Bedrooms very large. Need to update beach stuff-chairs. Had a great time w 3 sisters!Beds good lots of dresser space

Nice, Quiet place

We enjoyed our stay! Xanadu was quiet and served our needs, close to lots of activities. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, cold in April, but it is in the sun some hours so we were able to swim. Owner was easy to communicate with when we had questions.

Good location

Location great. The unit has had upkeep to bathrooms but kitchen could use some attention. The patio door screen was no longer attached to frame. Cleanliness overall was good but some areas like louvred close doors and baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while judging by the accumulated dust. It would have been helpful if there was info provided about local free shuttle, etc.

Christmas Getaway

The property is a good location. The room had a wad of black hair in the bathtub upon arrival. Didn't realize the washer/dryer was not in the room. Had to move the couch to find a dropped Scrabble piece, it was disgusting! The main problem was that we never had access to wifi. The network/password that we were given before arrival did not match the network/password in the condo book. Needless to say that the network was not even an option to choose on our devices. Called Steve to no avail of trying to get the correct network. The network name and password on the router wouldn't work either. Also, there is not enough lighting in the room, but the beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again.

Comfortable condo

Directions for checking-in were accurate. The beds were super comfortable. The area is quite at night. The bathrooms are mostly updated ans clean. The condo had small kitchen appliances, fans, bassinet, beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, and umbrella. We will stay again the next time we visit HH!

It was nice but had a few flaws

The location was great and the condo was a good size for the 5 of us. Had some good beach items such as chairs sun shade and a wagon to get them to the beach. The issue was it was not very clean when we checked in. Lots of sand on the floor and the floor was very dirty, even found a dirty sock under the dining room table. . The mgr was nice and offered to come clean it but we didn’t let them. Know until the next day after we cleaned it ourselves. Also the WiFi had been changed and there was no notice of it. Had to call to find out, as well as was not told it was on the 4th floor. But it was a great location and the accommodations were good. We would go back.

property was easy to get to. It is about .50 miles from Coligny Beach access. Summertime is packed with tourist. Would not recommend going during peak time. Condo was clean.

Staying with us at Xanadu Villa's you'll be a five minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling. Hundreds of fantastic restaurants ranging from gourmet to family dining and take out. The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.
In addition Celebration Park is now open, 4 blocks from your villa. Includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids waterzone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and greenspace for public events.
Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.
