This brand new home has it all - location to the beach, amazing community pool & hot tub. as well as high end furnishings that will all make you feel like you never want to leave!

Casa Pura Vida- BV10 $100 off the nightly rate all of June & $50 off nightly rate in July and August! Casa Pura Vida is a beautiful new home completed in 2022 in the lovely Bella Vista North neighborhood that is located half-way between North Padre Island and Port Aransas. The beach is just over the dunes and you can hear the waves. There is ample space inside to spread out comfortably with all new furnishings. The upstairs is home to the main living area and 3 of the bedrooms. Front and back upper decks are available for guests use to enjoy a cup of coffee with the sunrise, the cool sea breeze with a glass of wine as each day comes to an end. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the other two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Downstairs, hosts a bedroom with en-suite bathroom for those guests who would like a little more seclusion by having their own exterior private entrance. The outside space is designed for comfort and entertainment that includes a firepit. Although there is not direct beach access, it is only a quick drive to the beach access road - less than a mile. Place was great. Plenty of room for my group of 8. Centrally located between Port A and Corpus on the island. Was only mile from beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The property management was easy to deal with. Would definitely book again

Very clean nice house close to beach

Everything was very nice and looked new. The house was very clean. The kids liked the pool and their room. We liked the outdoor shower and the boogie boards.

Good place

The place was good everything was greasy just one thing that I notice was a lot of dogs hair on the blanket on all room and also in the living room. Also it was a lot of dogs hair on the floor we sweep and all tot was dogs hair

Spring Break

Property was fantasic. We enjoyed the hot tub a bunch since it was so chilly. We were so close to the beach (could hear the waves roaring) but could not see it or have access to it at all. So because of that we couldn't rent a golf cart but other than that it was a wonderful home. Had all the amenitites that you could want.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was lovely. However, the whole location was under construction. Next door we woke up to roofers each morning along with other homes being built. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. The ad says oceanfront/beach view however it is not ocean front nor does it have a view. This was specifically why we rented. Sadly, false advertisement for our spring break.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Casa Pura Vida to have a nice, relaxing getaway with the family for Thanksgiving. Casa Pura Vida delivered the relaxation that we were looking for. Our family just enjoyed being together and not having to worry about work plans or school plans for the entire week. The house is a very lovely and cozy environment, that allowed everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space when needed. The only thing that we didn't really like was not having direct beach access from the neighborhood. We still made it all work by taking the side by side over to the beach access entrance and enjoyed watching the dogs and kids play in the water. We ate at Grumbles and Tortuga, and thought both places were very good. The rest of the time we cooked at the property. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Summer get-a-way

This was a beautiful property. The only reason for not receiving 5-stars was due to the amount of construction in the neighborhood and the lawn stickers. The photos provided on VRBO were older and also displayed the ocean/docks that are not accessible via the property. The yard is difficult to maneuver with the amount of grass stickers. The property also states 'pet-friendly', but if renting from VRBO it doesn't tell you about a pet deposit/fee. Property management company was very helpful and communitive with questions that were asked and maintenance was responsive when call for a slight electrical issue. Our stay was wonderful and the property had all the amenities and more that were needed for our stay. Although not direct beach accessible, the beach wasn't far from the house (2-minute drive). Gold carts are also not accessible for this neighborhood. When reading the Welcome Binder, beware as this does not apply to this property and can be misleading. Although only given 3 stars overall, this doesn't reflect the property itself, but the advertisement of the property.

Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
