Hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios en una calle cerrada con playa privada. Vistas del Golfo y una bañera de hidromasaje en la terraza. Ubicado justo al lado del centro comercial outlet y Sandestin Resort. El patio es enorme. Gran patio para acoger una boda. Los alojamientos incluyen lavandería, cocina, sala familiar y una increíble suite principal. Esta casa está ubicada al final del camino en una calle cerrada. No hay absolutamente ningún tráfico. ¡El único que pasa es usted! El piso superior es una lujosa configuración de 1 dormitorio muy espaciosa. Se debe acceder al nivel inferior por escaleras exteriores. El nivel inferior tiene 2 dormitorios adicionales, un baño completo, cocina y área familiar / comedor.

We had a wonderful time at Las Coladas Beach House. It was perfect for 3 families. With 5 kids in tow, they had a huge yard to play in! The beach is only a one minute walk! We also loved that it is in a safe gated community.Very comfortable beds, plenty of big white fluffy bath towels for us to enjoy. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. A plus, was having an outside shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach! They thought about everything for our convenience! Shopping galore and restaurants minutes away! Would definitely recommend for a large group!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway!

This location was perfect for our family! Had more than enough beds and space to relax while not on the beach! The covered porch area was a bonus for morning coffee and late evenings to enjoy the outdoors out of the sun!

Loved our stay. Beach was just a short minute walk. We had 2 families plus teenagers friends. The beach wasn’t as crowded as some of the other beaches on into Destin.

Great location, great size for our family plenty of space. Short walk yo the beach! Could use some baking sheets and utensils for the grill over all we had everything else we needed!

Family Fun

Our first family beach trip. We had blast the house was clean easy access to the beach. Only thing was to get to the upstairs you had to go outside to go up, we made it work. The neighbor was safe and clean. Would stay here again

Great place to stay

Very convenient and nice place to stay. Only recommendation is to get a better couch in the living room of the main house. Everything else was awesome. Definitely would recommend.

Great Location

The house was located on a great street with an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and in good condition. It is the perfect set up for multiple families to have their own privacy yet still social together. The owners are extremely nice and respond within minutes. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Nice place to stay

Upset there was no hot tub but over all was a real nice place. Plenty of room for everyone. Romero ( maintenance guy) would see us and come check if we needed anything and recommended a gator restaurant. Kids loved. Thank you

Perfect location

The location of this house is perfect. Short 1 minute walk from the driveway to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the ice maker made ice all week which was a big plus. It was also very nice to have 2 refrigerators in the house. It was nice to sit out on the balcony every morning and see the ocean while drinking our coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay

Whennwe got to the property we had a problem with ac not working in the lower part of the house but I called and left a message and the maintenance guy Romeo was there in a few minutes and stayed in touch to make sure it stayed working when it quit the second time he cmgit someone out to fix it and brought a window unit late at night so we didnt have to sleep in the heat I feel we were treated great there is a nice yard and it right at the beach maybe a 2 minute walk to water we loved our stay thanks

Okay

Property is very nice and beautiful but appears to have not been thoroughly cleaned for sometime. The yard was littered. While not the owners fault, be advised that the neighborhood can turn into party central at anytime.

Good morning. Thisis the first that ive heard of any complaints from your group. Had I known about the cleaning issue, I would have had my cleaning crew there promptly to to address it. As for the debris in the yard, there is construction going on right behind the house and I was there regularly picking up plastic and Styrofoam from it blowing over the fence. Our neighborhood most definitely is not "party central" as you put it. All of the rentals in the area are under the same HOA and we are under strict guidelines.

Wonderful Little Place

We loved our stay at Mas Coladas! Our experience with the cleaning and maintenance staff was awesome. It's very private for being in a densely populated area. We loved having the big yard for the kids to throw football and play in. The beach was fantastic. A couple of things to note: The is NO hot tub or pool. It can be confusing because the listing shows a hottub in pictures and your contract will mention both a pool and a hottub. The home is set up almost like a duplex with a downstairs unit and an upstairs unit. Note that the upstairs (main) part only has a king bed and twin bunks so if you have more than 2 kids keep in mind they will have to sleep in an area that is separate from you with its own entryway. The upstairs could use a bigger sofa. a small sectional would be perfect. There isn't much room to sit around as a group during meals unless you eat outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would for sure book this property again.

Perfect spot for a family vacation. Its less than a block walk to the beach but not a beachfront so it helps with the cost. Its a lovely home with a beautiful view.

Great location. Steps from the beach. Private road access.

Great for families with children that worry about traffic. This property sits on a gated private dead-end street at the very end so you see no traffic during your stay. Easy access to private beach area that was never overcrowded. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great vacation spot!

We had issues with 2 items. The air in the downstairs apartment would go up to 75 at night and we would wake up hot. Cable only worked in living room upstairs.

Beautiful white sands

Nice area, small but spacious rooms. One bed was in need of a new mattress. Construction all around so if u r a late sleeper not for you. Overall very nice place and location. Beach was not crowded.

Unfairly evicted first morning

I had an unexpected emergency and so I sent my son and his friends who are all over 20 2122 to check into the house Friday night and my mom who is 68 was coming the next day. The owner showed up Saturday morning evicted us and would not answer my phone calls. He then emailed me and said it didn’t matter if my mom was there or not he didn’t allow chaperoned guests or kids on spring break. I think this is a scam to get people to rent. The house sleeps 13 but no chaperoned guests? And spring break runs from March to April so why do you even rent those times if you don’t want people on Spring Break. We should have gotten a refund but was refused even after learning my families emergency.

I responded to this right after you made your absolutely untrue review, but for some reason it got deleted. Your group showed up with well over 13 guests, all under age and under 21 which was verified by law enforcement as they were all intoxicated and urinating in the front yard and driveway. We do not rent to spring breakers on chaperoned trips. We do rent to families that come on spring break. There were so many broken rules from the get go and even if your mother would have came down, there wouldn’t be a place for her to stay as the occupancy was well over the limit. I counted 18 underage people in the house. Thank you for the one star review and untrue review as you’ve also received a 1 star and hopefully it will help protect other vacation home owners from renting to you.
