Great location, accommodations and space

Perfect, large space to relax, cook meals and play games (we had 4 adults). Loved the balcony with the view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub worked great. And, the short walk to the beach through the private gate was very convenient and well maintained. We loved staying here. The property manager was also extremely responsive when we had questions.

Easy beach and pool access!

There were 4 of us (2 adults & 2 teens) in this condo for 6 nights. It fit our needs perfectly and we would stay there again.

Short break to space coast

Very good location, right on the beach, walking distance to shops restaurants. The apartment was clean, but does show some signs of wear. Kitchen was great, great instructions, we were very happy with our stay.

Cocoa Beach Paradise

We loved the beach access and pool. We felt like we had our own private beach during the week. Perfect amount of beach toys and 2 beach chairs which were wonderful for our family. Kitchen was great for meals-in after a long day in the sun and had all the tools we needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Spanish Main is the place to stay

We loved our stay at the Spanish Main. The VRBO overall was great, clean, and perfect for our family, especially with the pool and beach toys. The only thing lacking was some essentials we are used to having.. there was limited toiletries, dish soap, paper towels, and the soap was watered down. Otherwise everything was great, and we would stay here again just knowing we have to purchase when we arrive.

Great beach getaway.

The condo was super clean. Kitchen well supplied and plenty of room to relax in the condo. The property was clean and well maintained. Pool looked amazing and the beach access was easy and beautiful. Everything was convenient - parking, restaurants, beach access, shopping. We will be back.

Wonderful experience

Great location, clean and spacious room, family friendly. We are a family of 5 and fit this property well. Everything worked the way it should and was in good condition. Parking was convenient to the room. I didn’t feel crowded at the pool or anywhere on the condo property. The only issue I had was the lock code wasn’t emailed to me before getting to the room. I sent the host a message once I arrived to the property. They answered and sent me the code right away. Very responsive host. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone

We came down for the race at Daytona. The condo was perfect. Pool was excellent we got in everyday. Also nice breakfast/coffee spot in walking distance. Will rent again.

Very Impressive and Quaint Rental

Was pleasantly surprised at how cute the rental was. Perfect setting, right on the beach, all the home furnishings and appliances you need for a lengthy stay. Only suggestion is to bring your own beach chairs. That was the only flaw we could find. Will definitely stay here again.

Second time I've stayed at this unit. I like it a lot and having the Wisk and Grind next door is a big plus. The place is maintained very well, both inside and out.

Great location

We took our granddaughter to Kennedy Space Center for the weekend. The condo was as advertised. Clean and in a great location for our stay. Located right on the beach with a pool which unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize to our granddaughter dismay. Close to shops and restaurants, why by the way the whisk & Grind located within walking distance was great! KSC was about 25 minutes away. We will definitely book again if our travels end us back that way.

The rooms were HOT, the vents didn’t kick out any air and there were no ceiling fans to help, so sleeping was miserable!Also, Saturday morning around 4am, there was a drunk, obnoxious group that decided to wake us all up, they were loud and jumping in pool, cops came twice to kick them out!! So, I wasn’t able to fall back asleep after that chaos, so wasn’t the BEST time! Beach was nice and we didn’t use pool! We still enjoyed family, though!

Family Vacation

Condo was very clean and had all the extras needed including dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, plenty of extra towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and sand and pool toys. Even a baby float for the pool. The salt water pool was clean. The beach directly in front of the building was very quiet with not many people.

Quick two nights

We came to relax after a trip to Disney. Property was adequate but out dated. The two chairs in the family room were very uncomfortable and worn but the couch was nice. We had a few bugs and one was big and scary. Pool was nice and beach was great. Thanks for having towels and an umbrella we could use.

Great Value and Location

Stayed 2 nights ahead of a cruise. Wonderful place, clean, roomy, working televisions. Best part was it was a 1 minute walk to a heated pool and a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous piece of beach. Mu kids loved it. We watched a Space X launch 10 minutes away. Property is close to everything you need, groceries, coffee, restaurant, kid activities. Parking was a breeze. I had asked the owner if I could get in a few hours early and received a response in minutes stating I could at no charge. Would stay here again without a doubt. So much better than a hotel.
