Great place! Super clean, has lots of amenities that made it extra comfortable, lots of games to keep the kids entertained, the outdoor space was awesome, just a block away from the beach, and hosts were easy to get ahold of! Will be planning to stay here again someday.

We had an amazing stay at Cocoa Beach House. It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need. Our grand kids loved all the kid friendly areas…especially the mini golf in the back yard. Perfect location with quick beach access and the beach is just beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Coral beach

We loved our stay. Our kids range from 25 to 17. They enjoyed the game room and the outdoor games. There was enough beds for all 7 of us.

Great experience

Property in good shape as pictured. Plenty of activities to do when resting at the house after being at the beach. Easy short 2 to 3 mintue walk to the beach. Plenty of beach equipment in the shed along with a nice pull cart. Fire pits are a great touch in the evening to sit and relax outside. Outdoor seating is comfortable and fun for the kids. My twins loved the swinging chairs. Game room made for some nice family competition with Foosball and Skeeball.

Father's Day/Birthday Weekend

Had a very enjoyable time at this house. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. House is beautiful. My wife even asked me if we could buy a beach house in Cocoa for vacations when we did our walk through. Very close to the beach. Maybe 2mins. Shower water pressure was a bit low but it wasn't a big deal. Overall my family and friends had a great time. Would love to visit again.

This was a great house for our vacation to Cocoa Beach. We loved the proximity to the beach and the availability of beach gear. The backyard was very nice for our kids and for relaxing.

This property is in a great location! Very easy to walk to the beach, and a quick drive to all the popular stores and restaurants. The house itself is very tastefully decorated, and it had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the game room and backyard games!

Great Location in Cocoa Beach

Loved this little rancher in Cocoa Beach. Perfect for a family or friends. Recently remodeled and close to dining and the beach. Easy access and good communication from the owner. They had some delicious chips and salsa waiting for us which was a nice touch. The furniture while well designed wasn't quite as comfortable as we had hoped. The bathrooms are on the small side but newer and the water pressure in the master shower could use a boost. The original terrazzo floors looked amazing and we loved having the chipping and putting green in the backyard. Plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture with a firepit and outside gas grill (but we didn't use either). A two very short two block walk to the beach. Would surely stay here again.

Family trip

Great place for families! The beach is within easy walking distance from the house and the property itself offers plenty of entertainment. The house is very well equipped, from kitchen appliances to beach chairs!

Family Reunion

We loved the listing and were even more delighted that the property met and exceeded expectations. The decor is inviting and creates a special vacation atmosphere. The beds are comfortable! We took advantage of the plentiful beach equipment. Communication with owners was timely and thorough.

My family of 5 fell in love with this place and Cocoa Beach. The house was perfect and the extras provided were much appreciated. The beach was quiet- which was perfect for relaxing. It was EVERYTHING and more !

The stay was amazing! The house was beautiful, clean and had so many extra things that made our stay smooth. To towels, bug spray, sunblock, games, ext. the kitchen was very well stocked even had sandwich bags, aluminum foil, scissors, anything you would need. My family loved the house. We had me and husband, 2 17 year olds a 7 & 14 year old, there was plenty of room and we never felt crammed. The backyard was amazing & she had everything you would need for a beach day. 10/10 I recommend this beautiful home !

We had a girls trip, and the place did not disappoint. I wanted to take all the decir with me! We did have an A/C problem, and the owners took care of the problem. Would stay there again!

Amazing property in perfect location for beach getaway!

This was by far the most clean vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. All of the rooms and amenities were as pictured, the owner was flexible to accommodate us with a special request in our itinerary, and the home was equipped with lots of unexpected conveniences. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the selection of beach equipment far exceeded what we anticipated as well. The game room was a highlight during a rainy day, and we loved the 2 minute walk to beach access. Couldn’t recommend this propert enoigh!

Beautiful stay

We enjoyed our stay in July - the home was perfect for my wife and I and my daughter, her husband and their 3 children. Owners were super nice and professional -quickly getting back to us with any questions we asked. The home was exactly as advertised- very nice with everything we needed to make it a wonderful stay.

What started as one special home — Sunny Lane Beach House — quickly grew into a true passion for helping families and friends make lasting memories by the sea. We recently added our second property, Coral Palm Beach House, and we hope you love it just as much as we do!

We’re a family of five: one of our kids is a Marine Corps officer and pilot-in-training, another is a Gator at the University of Florida, and our youngest is in middle school. I’m a Florida native who’s called Orlando home since the '80s. While we love to travel and explore this incredible country, Florida — and Cocoa Beach in particular — will always have our hearts.

We can’t wait to share this slice of sunshine with you. Let us know how we can help make your stay unforgettable!
