Cocoa Beach Stay

Condo was very nice and clean upon arrival and plenty of space with two balconies. The condo offered all the beach things you would need including chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, buckets etc. no need to bring your own. Close to shopping and plenty of resturants. We will definantly rent again!

Awesome updated condo

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was very nicely updated and pretty much had everything we needed. Lots of beach stuff for the kids to play with. A pack and play for the baby to sleep in. The beach was gorgeous and so close. We were in a perfect location, close to shops and restaurants. My family and I would definitely stay there again. The pool was good nothing special but appeared to be one of the better pools in the area.

Great 2BR condo in Cocoa Beach

Absolutely lovely condo on Cocoa Beach! Beautifully decorated, had literally everything we needed. The only “ding” I would give it is that it was listed in the description as having a beach view… There’s no beach view. The property itself IS on the beach, but the condo overlooked the parking lot. However, it is a quick walk to the beach. Everything about the condo was great. I would rent this exact unit again.

Perfect beautiful place - wonderful stay

This condo is tastefully decorated with attention to every detail you can imagine. Check in/out was simple (they should all be like this) The furnishings feel fresh, new and beachy but classy. Comfy beds, beautiful fixtures, nice kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, beach chairs and beach towels in the closet, spacious rooms - all is exactly like you'd want. The property is quiet and well maintained, centrally located and felt very safe. We only had two people traveling, but this condo would be comfortable for two couples or a family or even a girls weekend. Parking was easy. Beach was beautiful. Weather spectacular. Can't wait to come back again soon.

Great Vacay Stay

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach at this great condo. Every thing was pristine and new. We truly didn’t have to bring anything. I forgot my coffee and found there was coffee pods, sugar and creamer in the pantry. Score!! The condo is a great space for 4 to 6 adults. The master has a king that slept well and also has a ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queens and was very roomy. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. While we were there we saw a satellite launch. Very cool! I definitely will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we enjoyed the property. Sandcastles was a nice building with friendly people, and a very short walk to the beach. The unit was nicely appointed and well stocked. It was spacious and clean. The only negative we noted was that after we arrived we noticed that there was no hot water at the kitchen sink. We advised the property manager and they promptly advised that since it was Easter Sunday they couldn't get someone out that day, which is understandable, but they would send someone as soon as they could. Problem was that was the last we heard of it, so we had no hot water at the sink all week. The rest of the unit had hot water. Other than that we had a great week.

Great Condo - but loud construction

This condo is cute. clean and spacious. I loved the unit I stayed in #316. The one major con is the construction. There was a jack hammer going 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. They are replacing the railings on every floor. I had no idea the construction would be so loud ALL DAY. No sleeping in and even while at the pool all you hear is the noise. I would avoid this property until construction is complete. The actual condo was great. Clean, spacious, good kitchen cooking supplies, tons of towels and beach toys, umbrellas, etc. Nice pool and just a short walk to the beach. After construction is over it will be a great place to stay!

Just OK

Well I called after my stay to inform them of some things that I thought they should be aware of and I thought I left an item behind. I told them the couch was broken and unusable, k kip coffee machine insert was moldy, and it smelled like wet dog in the unit. She informed me that animals are not allowed and said that was strange, and she will address the coffee machine with the cleaning crew, but the couch she was going to file a claim against the insurance I purchased. She explained that I should have called so they could fix the problem. I don’t see how they could have fixed a couch, and we just cleaned the coffee maker. I just think that whoever stays here should be very careful to inspect and report any and all things as soon as you get there. Also you can barely see the ocean from the back patio. If you’re looking for a true ocean view I would keep looking. All in all, the location is perfect, pool and hot tub were nice, and great access to the beach. Also the key to the beach is hanging near front door, don’t forget it because the beach has a locked gate. The Sushi place across the street is the best in town Siam Orchid.
