Newly renovated Oceanfront South Forest Beach Villa with pool and ocean views

Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

533 Shorewood is an amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront villa with a pool and ocean views! This stunning beach condo sleeps 7 and is on the 5th floor with elevator access, featuring all new furniture and décor, a community pool, beach access, and more!

Upon entering, you are met with views from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, granite counters, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The dining table seats 6. Sit back and relax in the living room, which offers ample seating. The living and dining areas offer access to the patio with seating for six and views of the community pool and ocean.

Just off the living room is the first primary bedroom, which has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a workspace, and the guest bathroom has a combination tub and shower.

The elevators in the building at 533 Shorewood will be completely unavailable for January and February 2026 due to a scheduled replacement project. During this time, there will be no elevator access in the building. Guests must use the stairs for all floor access.

Great location, nice for kids!

Excellent location, easy access to beach and nice zero entry pool (great for little kids). We also enjoyed the shops at Coligny and playground at the Celebration park. Condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed!

Perfect beach getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Beautifully decorated with beachy vibes. Loved having two bathrooms so we all had space. Kitchen was packed with everything you could need. Balcony had a perfect view of pool and beach. We couldn’t have been happier with this location. Pool was clean and big! Private beach access was close and this area of Coligny Beach wasn’t very crowded, we had tons of room (compared to the public access area down the road which looked very busy.) No seaweed or rocks, our family was in the water for hours. Would highly recommend!

The only issue was the elevator broke on our second day so climbing five sets if stairs everyday was not fun. Not Island Times fault. We will be back next year.
