Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

533 Shorewood is an amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront villa with a pool and ocean views! This stunning beach condo sleeps 7 and is on the 5th floor with elevator access, featuring all new furniture and décor, a community pool, beach access, and more!

Upon entering, you are met with views from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, granite counters, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The dining table seats 6. Sit back and relax in the living room, which offers ample seating. The living and dining areas offer access to the patio with seating for six and views of the community pool and ocean.

Just off the living room is the first primary bedroom, which has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a workspace, and the guest bathroom has a combination tub and shower.

Beautiful oceanfront property. Perfect location, right on the beach but walkable to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Very clean, had everything we could have wanted.

We had a lovely visit to HHI and the unit was a big part of that. It's exceptionally clean, well appointed, and the view is fantastic. Even with several huge rain storms we had a great time as we were able to sit under the covered part of the deck and watch the weather go past over the water. Perfect access to the beach, restaurants, and shops nearby. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, updated, and in a great location right on the beach. The communication was excellent, and the whole process from booking to checkout was easy and seamless. We really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay here again!Our girls loved the bunk beds too!! And 2 full bathrooms was a great bonus! Thank you to the hosts!!

The outside dining table and zero-entry pool were great when traveling with a toddler. We appreciated the provided beach towels and having a washer and dryer available. The kitchen was well-stocked.

Amazing property and location!

Property was clean, communication was fast, and the location was amazing! The kids loved the games and books that were included in the space. The view was also fantastic! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

I reached out to the staff and they were prompt and professional. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay. The moving carts on the ground floor made it easy to move luggage and groceries to the 5th floor. My only complaint was the coffee maker. I have coffee every morning but there were no filters for the coffee machine. Seems like a basic thing that should be provided. Not a big deal and overall still a 5* location and vacation.

Great location, nice for kids!

Excellent location, easy access to beach and nice zero entry pool (great for little kids). We also enjoyed the shops at Coligny and playground at the Celebration park. Condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed!

Great Stay - convenient location, fabulous beach access

Would have liked to have beach chairs included, and also a few kitchen staples. This is the first time I have rented a home that didn’t even have basic items like salt and pepper or a pod or two for the keurig. Not a knock on the home as the description didn’t promise these items, but just a little inconvenient. All in all, a fabulous rental that I would stay in again.
