Te encantará nuestro condominio de planta baja con aire acondicionado 1BR / 2BA, ubicado en el círculo interno de Kamaole Sands en el Edificio 7, a pocos pasos de la piscina y la playa. El lanai se abre a un hermoso jardín tropical con grandes áreas verdes y fuentes de agua que sin duda te harán sentir que estás de vacaciones en Maui. También cerca encontrará áreas de picnic con vista al mar equipadas con grandes parrillas a gas Weber BBQ.

Nuestra unidad tiene una cama King size y un sofá cama Queen con un colchón de 6 "y un colchón de espuma de gel para mayor comodidad. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla, ollas y sartenes, cristalería, cubiertos, todas las comodidades del hogar.

Para aquellos expertos en tecnología a los que les gusta escapar pero aún así mantenerse conectados, ofrecemos conexión inalámbrica a Internet, así como un reproductor de DVD Blu-ray, estéreo para iPod / iPhone y un televisor de pantalla plana conectado a Internet para transmitir sus videos favoritos.

Nuestro condominio cuenta con una lavadora y secadora, así como una plancha y tabla de planchar. Se proporcionan todas las toallas y ropa de cama.

Great Location

This was a great location, not far from the beach and close to the pool. Peek-a-boo ocean views from the lanai. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and comfortable. Communication and check in was easy. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Mahalo for allowing us to stay in your paradise home!

Great family friendly location!

We loved our stay here. We especially loved the proximity to Kam III beach and the pool - both very family friendly. We could also walk to get shave ice and Acai bowls, which were a hit.

Great basecamp for family Maui vacation

Great location just across the street from Kam III beach and being a ground floor condo was fantastic for our kids for easy access to the grassy grounds and close to the pool. The condo had everything our family of 4 needed for prepping food and enjoying our time at the beach. Would recommend this location and unit!

Great condo

We loved this condo. The location was perfect; ground floor, close to the pool, barbecues and beach. The kids loved being able to run out on the grass and play with other kids. The condo was clean and fulfilled our needs. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, sand toys and boogie boards but it did take us a while to find them all. Updates are being made to the suite so would definitely book again to see the changes.

Perfect location, wonderful condo!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing and was in the perfect location, a bottom unit on the corner which made it simple to stroll across the inner courtyard to visit the other families attending our vacation. The property was clean, check in was seamless, and the unit had all the amenities we needed. We even left items such as an air fryer, large beach mat, water toys and Tupperware for future guests to enjoy. We will definitely be booking this condo again for our next trip!

Nice condo beach front

The apartment was well equipped overall, good size for 2-4 people. Location was great, near by beautiful beaches and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset in front of the condo, and enjoyed the small terrace with garden view for breakfast. Pool and spa are also big and nice.

Marvelous Maui!

Wow….what a resort! Beautifully kept up grounds. Great view from our unit. Loved the patio. Ate out there every day at least once. A/C unit was a bit loud, and bathrooms looked a bit worn and were a bit stuffy with no fan in them, but otherwise an extremely comfortable and beautiful place to stay!

Great location in Kihei

We loved the space in this unit, as well as the location in the complex and area of Kihei. The unit itself was a little dated and lacked things like extra hooks in the hall or additional racks in the bathroom for towels, swimsuits etc so they could hang to dry. The location made it worthwhile because of the great lanai, being near the pool, or a short walk to the beach.

Great location and resort, not so great cleanliness

We really enjoyed the location and property of this rental. The proximity to the beach, the amenities in the resort, and overall location were fantastic. All the employees were helpful and great to interact with. The condo had our basic needs met, however it was not clean at all upon arrival. The coffee pot had grounds and coffee left in the bottom, the towels and sheets has spots and stains on them, and the bathrooms were not clean. We found a used bar of soap in one shower and water/toothpaste splattered on the mirrors. There were also numerous items provided in the kitchens, closets, and bathrooms that were dirty, but we did not use them. Due to this we would stay at this resort again, but would likely choose a different unit.

Kamaole Sands is the best!

Perfect location in Kihei! Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, right across the street from a beautiful park and beach (Kamaole III), great pool area, very friendly staff. This particular unit could use a little bit of updating/TLC but overall a great condo with the essentials. Would definitely recommend!

All about location!

The location of the property is its biggest selling feature!! The unit was what we needed but for the price it could use some touch ups. Just a little dated and well worn in a few areas but otherwise easy check in and out and overall a good experience.

Location, location, location

Owner was super responsive! I mean he knew we had our kids with us and could have had the place renovated adding another 500 sq ft and a bedroom! Hahaha just kidding! Place was clean everything worked, location ground floor is osum! We had an issue with the beach chairs and they were replaced the next day, you can’t ask for anything more.

Disappointed in Stay

First of all we have stayed in this unit in the past .The location is perfect .Grounds very nice . We were totally surprised on how this unit requires a SEVERE deep cleaning compared to the previous year we were there.This unit is VERY TIRED and is in DESPERATE need of a update from TOP to BOTTOM. Issues that require attention .Light fixtures somework some do not.The AC in the master bedroom is like a jet engine.Ceiling fan wobbles and is very noisy at any speed in the bedroom .TV sound crackles in living room.Living room furniture needs replacement.Couch is totally worn out it would be impossible to sleep on it.Springs are felt when sitting let alone sleeping.Kitchen accessories such as plates ,glasses and cups are either very old ,chipped ,nothing matches.Reminds one of garage sale stuff.Rug had sand in it throughout bedroom and living room.The floor tiles should all be replaced.Cupboards and cabinets need to be repaired in places.Bathrooms need updating .The ENTIRE unit requires fresh paint. As soon as we walked into the unit we called house keeping to get them in to reclean our unit.It was disgusting.We compared this unit to others during our 3week stay and for the money we paid it was shocking .I feel we should be honest in this review.We paid good money for our stay but expect the same in return.If this place had the updates it desperately needs it would be perfect.And yes we did contact the front desk with some of the defecinces and it fell on deaf ears. In all fairness to the condo owner he may not have been at his condo for sometime.The company he may have hired obviously did not take care for the condo as they were paid for. I am pretty sure if the owner went thru his condo he would agree to the issues that require attention.

Great Location

It was an absolute treat to stay at this condo. The ground level just added square footage to the living room and Lanai. The Lanai is a bit small but suites two people comfortably. We travelled to Maui with our 2 year old and 3 month old and found the space to be suitable. The condo itself is clean but as we spent quite a bit of time in the condo due to naps etc, we started to notice what needed to be touched up on the walls and the carpet was a bit dingy. But it was clean. I think that most wouldn't notice because usually you only spend a small amount of time actual in the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook. Although we packed our pack and play, there was one available to use. Lots of beach toys for the kids and lots of chairs for adults. The umbrella is a bit outdated and would recommend updating, Im not sure its UV protectant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends The owner was always quick to respond to messages. We had no problems with check in or check out.

Nice location, but could use some updating.

Location was perfect. Close to the pool, bbq and only 2 minutes to the beach. The condo stayed cool with the breeze and the grounds are beautiful. The interior of the condo is pretty worn compared to some other units we saw in Kamole Sands during our visit and we will probably look for a different unit next time because of that.

Overall nice place in Kam Sands

Nice place and responsive owner. We have been to Kamaole Sands several times (it is a super resort, very versatile with fantastic location) and this unit is a great option for a one bedroom. It is really nice for the kids to have a ground floor unit to play outside, but also makes it easier in general to get to the pool and bbq's. We never needed the air conditioning as the unit has lots of windows and gets a good breeze. (Although the window screens might need some tweaking to seal better around the edges). The kids also enjoyed having Netflix. :) All in, we would stay again and would recommend it.

Great stay in Maui, location was perfect!

We loved the location of this ground floor unit! It was great for kids, really close to the bbqs and very close to the pool. Communication we prompt when I emailed with questions. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope we can make it back here one day!

Best Vacation Ever

We just returned from 10 days in Maui, and let me tell you.... it was AWESOME. Here are all the reasons why: Kameole Sands -Kameole Sands (KS) is in the best location. You are literally across the street from the beach. We ventured off to many other beaches, but found that KAM 3 was the best for our family (we have 2 boys - age 10 and 6). -KS staff were very friendly. Everyone from the folks at the check-in area to all the grounds crew and the guys at the pool. They were always working hard and had smiles on their faces. -KS grounds are immaculate. Well kept and clean. The BBQ pits are thoroughly cleaned every morning. -KS pool is nice, but a few too many rules. It was dubbed at the 'no fun pool'. 'The UNIT' -It was perfect for our needs. The pictures accurately depict the place. The bedroom is great and having 2 Air Conditioners in the unit is priceless. Everything worked well and all the extra amenities (beach chairs, body boards, etc) are gold. -Best location. The ground level was perfect for us. We were 20 giant steps from the bbq pit and not much farther to the pool. Can't say enough about the location of the unit. Parking and the garbage room were both close as well. The owner was very quick to respond and east to work with. Overall It rocks. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic two week vacation on Maui!

This was the second time staying in this unit. This time our friends from Australia met us there. We all had such a great time. The lanai was big enough for all of us to enjoy many dinners and all breakfasts/coffee at the table. The view was spectacular, very quiet and peaceful. The owners gave many great recommendations that we chose to enjoy. The beach is right across the street and the pool is close by the condo. We barbecued several nights during our stay. The condo had everything we needed and then some items we didn't expect. It is so centrally located we could be most places on the island in a very short time. The condo was very clean and dust free which was great as we are allergy sufferers. We enjoyed using the boogie boards at the beach, the road to Hana, Lahaina, The Feast at LeLe, a sunset cruise, shopping and exploring the island. We ate out at many of the restaurants that the owners recommended, some of them more than once. We will recommend this unit to all of our friends and family. We plan to come back again soon. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us !
