New home in a Quiet Cul-De-Sac near Ocean and State Park

Our home is located in a new subdivision that has a cul-de-sac street. Kids can safely play in the front yard as there is not any through traffic. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on Pebble Beach which is a quarter of a mile away (5-10 minute walk). Absolutely stunning hikes through the Redwood forest and the pristine Smith River is about a 10-15 minute drive from our house. Our home offers an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fire pit, and two picnic tables in the backyard. Seating available to sit on the front and back patios to enjoy a good morning coffee or tea. Our kitchen offers everything you need to cook full meals from scratch for your family. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are an open concept to keep everyone together while doing various activities. We offer multiple board games, ping pong table, two bicycles with helmets, surfboards, and items to build and play in the sand. There is an Iron/ironing board, full sized washer and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets.

Great house. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful decor and a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked, the host has thought of everything. We’ve stayed at over 40 VRBOs and this is one of the best stocked and maintained houses that we’ve seen.

We absolutely loved this house and will return again. It was very clean and perfect for my family. It was all very accessible for my dtr who is in a wheelchair and the outside shower was great to wash off after a fun day at the beach. The neighbors were very friendly and felt very safe. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Ping pong table was a big hit.

Relaxing stay close to Redwoods

This house is a perfect getaway, offering a modern, comfortable space just a short drive from the stunning redwoods. The home is new, clean, and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Perfect for Redwood Forest Visit

This place was great. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and it was a short drive from lots of tourist-related things to do relating to the Redwood Forests.

No hot tub. Vrbo confirmed there was a hot tub upon inquiry but there is no hot tub as advertised.

Good location & clean home. Information on how to access the home caused a 30 minute delay upon arrival. We did enjoy our stay.

ein wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll mit kleinen Details, Deko, funktionsfähigen Geräten und Küchenkleingeräten eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem geräumigen Haus. Es gab genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. Da wir gern auch mal im Urlaub selbst kochen, hatten wir hier wirklich die Möglichkeit, da in der Küche alles vorhanden war. Jedes Zimmer war geschmackvoll und funktional ausgestattet. Wichtig ist, dass man auch mal das ausgelegte Buch der Gastgeber liest, da erfährt man Infos über die Familie und die nähere Umgebung. Leider haben wir nur 3 Nächte gebucht....wunderbar, wenn alle Unterkünfte so wären!

Wow - Highly Recommend

First, this property is clearly managed by a capable and beautiful family, which made it feel extra homey. Everything was clean and pristine. The location was a quick skip to the beach, which was lovely and never crowded. We loved the very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood and felt very much at home when we took our walks. We walked to town each morning to get coffee and enjoyed the character of all the surrounding neighborhoods. The home itself was extremely roomy but still cozy. Our teen and tween had plenty of space to themselves, even in the common areas. The backyard is even more adorable than the pictures. We communicated a few times with the owners (one time, it was because we forgot garbage day), and they were very responsive and kind. I cannot rave enough about this location. Should we ever find ourselves back in the area, we will seek out this place again!

Spacious and clean!

This house was great for our family of 5. Very spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was nice. Great location for enjoying the redwoods and Smith River. We also had a great time exploring tide pools on Pebble Beach. We were surprised about the lack of restaurants or shops in Crescent City. We were expecting a cute coastal town and it’s quite empty and many places are rundown. We LOVED Seaquake brewing, but otherwise we ate at home and had picnics on our hikes. If your goal is enjoying the outdoors this is a perfect location!

Overall, simply an amazing property! Super clean, comfortable, and very relaxing home with a great beach feel. My family loved how close the walk to the ocean was, as well as the short drive to Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park to hike the trails. We will be back and would love to stay here again!

Great place!

Perfect Location
