You'll have direct beach access from the complex and a fabulous suite of on-site amenities at your disposal, including multiple pools, sports courts, a fitness center, and fishing lagoons.

Enjoy sea breezes and ocean views from your furnished balcony- perfect for cocktails or alfresco dining. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen ready to help you prepare everything from beach snacks to full-course meals. Dine together or bring a few board games to the dining table, and then settle into the sunlit living area with a TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

THINGS TO KNOW

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.
Please do not hang bathing suits on the balcony railing at the club, guests can be fined.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
