Mildly disappointing

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

I feel the photos of the beach are deceptive. At high tide there is no beach at all and the public beach on the west side of Chase #9 is a tiny (75' wide) area of dune, no flat beach to be had. The deck and view shown in the photo is actually a 3' wide section of deck directly in front of other units, not 9 Chase #5. It feels like you are standing outside their bedroom's sliding glass doors. I don't even know if the deck was a public space. There is no private access to the beach for 9 Chase Ave and we had to climb up and down the steep dunes to access the public path. Upon arrival, the king bed was clearly broken, sagging in the middle to the floor, and should have been fixed before we arrived. The unit next to us had plumbing problems, which lead to the ceiling leaking in our unit, quite an inconvenience, and the folks in the unit to our other side burned incense that flowed into our bedroom at night making breathing uncomfortable. Knowing these discomforts, I would definitely stay here again (if they will let me after this review...) We enjoyed great customer service, beautiful, spacious rooms, an excellent, but pricey restaurant next door, and a peaceful neighborhood with lovely people.
