We have stayed in the unit many times and it is perfect for a single couple. Everything about the property itself and the individual unit is fantastic. Safe, clean, location, check in…all perfect. Thanks again for a mother great stay!

Amazing place and perfect location

It is in the perfect location and close to everything in town. The unit itself is very cute and recently updated. Has everything you need. Would recommend to others!

Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed

This rental had everything we wanted for our vacation. A quiet pool area, easy walk to a safe beach, amazing surf our front and a welcoming community. The owner has redone the rental is an amazingly tasteful way that made us feel at home. 10/10 we will be staying here again.

Everything was great!

My wife and I have stayed on this property multiple times and keep coming back because it is amazing with everything...great view, great location, very safe, very clean the property managers make it super easy. The specific room we stayed in is our second time in it and it is our favorite...best for only 2 people (couple) as there is only one bedroom and 1 bed BUT it is the perfect spot for two. Will come back every time we have the chance. -A K

Fantastic Stay

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Concierge was very helpful and prompt to respond, and the condo was exactly as advertised. A broom and a couple of wine glasses (we left a couple plastic ones there) would have been nice to have, but otherwise it had everything we could have needed. It was exactly as we had hoped. Secure, very quiet, with well maintained grounds and friendly staff. 10/10 would stay here again.

We’ll be back

We started our vacation with a few days in Puta Mita before heading to Puerto Vallarta. The unit was perfect so comfortable and cozy with all the comforts of home. It’s the perfect rental for two. The location to the beach and the seaside restaurants was great. Abraham was awesome as our concierge, helped with the check in process and even recommended places to eat, all recommendations were perfect. Even visited one of them more than once.

Perfect! Great for couples

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Safe! Clean. Very comfortable bed and perfectly comfortable with kitchen and washing/dryer. Most importantly the view was awesome through our the entire space. Pool was great and easy access to beach. The concierge made communication pre-arrival very easy and all things were smooth from take off to check in. Would definitely recommend this spot and will be returning in our next get away.

Faro de Mita delight

Clean well furnished unit with fantastic view of the pool and grounds, and a good uninterrupted view of the ocean. Great walkable access to shops, cafes, high end restaurants and groceries. Reasonably well stocked although missing a few useful tools. Only seriously annoying items like broken kitchen tap and a few non-accessible electrical outlets did not discourage us from considering a return visit.

Gorgeous Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Faro de Mita condo. The unit is beautifully decorated and just like in the photos. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk through a secure gate. The whole complex is very secure. Two small grocery stores within 5 minute walking distance and plenty of lovely beachfront restaurants 5 minutes walking in the other direction. 45 min to 1 hour from Puerto Vallarta airport, depending on traffic. Fantastic stay for those who like to surf, beach is lovely, but a bit rocky for swimming. The pool and pool area is great, with lots of chairs and room. Complex is well cared for and we would certainly stay there again. The concierge service was helpful and easy to contact. We did not use the room service during our stay. A couple of items that would make the condo perfect; a set of wine glasses, a beach umbrella, and a broom.

Property reat; management & communication not so much

Pros: Nice, clean property with beautiful pool, friendly residents and renters, walking steps to restaurants and beach. Quiet. Complementary chips, salsa, guacamole, & eventually a jug of filtered water. Cons: The condo unit uses a "concierge" who constantly calls from a Mexican number to try to sell you services and activities prior to arrival that are well above the going rates. Even after responiding to online surveys and emails several times and asking not to be called, they continue to call. Since I didn't speak to them verbally, and only over email, they did not provide the correct address to arrive to until I was in the cab ride over and was lucky to get signal to check my email. When we arrived, the host said no one communicated with him when we were arriving, but he happened to be there and could get us checked in. He showed us to our property and even had chips, homemade salsa, and guac waiting for us. Unfortunately, we had no running water nor complimentary filtered water available, which was tough when we just had an hour and a half hot cab ride and were dying to drink something, use the bathroom, and clean up. But they fixed it quickly. The key fob also didn't work the first day & no one knew how to get in touch with our host or someone who could fix it until the next day. This was ok since we were able to walk in and out through the security gate facing the street without the fob. We just couldn't go in and out to the beach access.& spent a lot of time on it
