Tucked beneath the trees and completely renovated with a coastal beachy vibe, this pristine, end-unit villa features LVP flooring, stylish décor and offers almost 1,600 square feet of comfortable space to relax and unwind with family and friends.

The living area features a sleeper sofa, two recliners, and a flatscreen smart TV with soundbar, ideal for streaming your favorite shows and music. Gather for board games or power up your laptop at the large dining table that seats eight. A well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, and a blender for morning smoothies or frozen cocktails. The breakfast bar seats three and is perfect for serving light snacks or pancakes.
The furnished balcony is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sounds of the lagoon fountain. With comfortable bedding, high-end finishes in the baths, and new flooring throughout, this truly is a home away from home.

Conveniently located in the heart of Hilton Head Island, this charming coastal villa is just a short walk from unique shopping and boutiques, casual dining, the new Celebration Park with epic playgrounds and a Children's Museum, Coligny Beach, and South Forest Beach. Hop on your bike to explore the miles of nearby trails—adventure is right around the corner! This quiet complex is ideal for families or groups of friends and features a community outdoor pool and convenient access to free tennis and pickleball courts located at Cordillo Courts. Several championship golf courses are nearby including the world-famous Harbour Town Golf Links. This rental is Snowbird-friendly!

Lovely home and great location! We could easily walk and ride bikes to shopping and coffee. The condo was large and roomy, and well stocked. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Best villa in Springwood!

This is our third summer staying in Springwood. We love this location- it's close to Coligny and the beach to be walkable, but far enough away to enjoy peace and serenity. This is by far the most updated, well-stocked unit we have stayed. Beds were super comfortable, too. Communication from owner was top notch and we loved his guidebook. Even though we are from SC and go to HHI often, it always helps to have food and entertainment suggestions. Everything about the stay was great. Do not hesitate to book!

Great location, nice property

The property was perfect for our family with the 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The location is near so many fun places including shopping and restaurants and near Coligny Beach. We could walk there from this location which was nice. It was a great vacation and the whole experience from check in to check out was great!

Excellent Accomodations and location

A spring break trip with my teenage son and friends. This is a nice condo with plenty of room and very convenient to Coligny plaza and the beach. Highly recommend this condo.

Stop off before Disney

Property was exactly as described and very clean. Had everything needed and was only minutes from entertainment, dining and the beach. We had a wonderful time and the host was great! Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Hilton Head.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Condo itself was very clean, well appointed, comfortable and safe. Location was perfect to take advantage of all HH has to offer and exactly as described. Michael was a great host with great communication all around. We will definitely stay here again during a future trip.

The condo was okay. The outside stairs were quite high. The condo was clean and decorated very nice but the balcony barely fit four people, the floors in the condo were very uneven. We felt like we were on a boat. The spiral staircase going to the pool was very narrow and we had 4 out of 5 that were in our mid 70’s. We had plenty of bath towels but only one dish cloth and one very small dish towel to use for the week. We had to go buy some to use. We were disappointed in the beach. It was very, very crowded and very narrow. Also, my daughter loves to collect shells and there were none to be found. We walked to the one beach which was supposed to be a 10-12 minute walk and it was more like 25 minutes. The pool at the condo looked like it could use a cleaning as well as the chairs. We did enjoy the restaurants that were close by but, all-in-all, for the money we paid, it was definitely not what we expected.

Amazing stay

This was such an amazing place to stay! It is a close walk to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. The condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable stay near the beach

Our stay was wonderful - the space was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Michael was quick at responding to any questions we had and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Stop Looking and Book This Place

This property was perfect for us with everything we needed and then some! The kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable, and the decor is so nice. It is located in Forrest Beach near Coligny Plaza within walking distance to shopping, fantastic restaurants, the beach, and so many things that we love to do. We rode bikes all week with no need to drive our car. Michael has created a guide to the area that he sends by email and a printed copy is available in the condo. The area is quiet and the neighbors are kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property near the Beach

Perfect Fall Break

Condo is as listed & perfect. Owners were great & responsive. Location is excellent - especially if you rent bikes. Pool was also great. Only constructive feedback is the kitchen could use a good overall scrubbing.

Fabulous Accommodations!

My family and I had an amazing few days staying in Hilton Head at this property. The home was clean, bright and relaxing, as advertised. It was perfectly situated near shops, restaurants and the beach. Each bedroom had plenty of space and afforded us privacy as well. The host provided clear directions which made it so easy to get around. We hope to stay here again in the future!

While our home is in Western New York, our family has always enjoyed vacationing on the coast. After spending many summers on Cape Cod when our boys were little, we switched it up and traveled to South Carolina when they were in high school. We immediately fell in love with the beaches there and were fortunate to find our Hilton Head villa in 2021. We travel to the Island to escape the long New York winters and are happy to be able to host our friends and family there. We appreciate the Island vibe, enjoy exploring the miles of bike trails, and sampling the incredible local seafood!

Springwood is a quiet little community and our villa is a short walk or bike ride to everything! We think it is the ideal location for a beach vacation. The beach is a 10-minute walk, close enough that you can smell the fresh sea air. For families, there's an amazing park and children's museum right beyond our gate. An adjacent shopping plaza has a place to rent bikes, a breakfast spot with great pancakes, and a liquor store. Coligny Plaza is just beyond the park and has a small grocery store, many boutiques, and lots of casual dining. You simply walk out our villa and can find plenty to do. If you are looking for an easy escape to the beach where you can relax and unwind, our place can't be beat!

Our villa is very spacious and because each bedroom has its own private bath, it's ideal for families, extended families, groups of friends, or couples. There is plenty of space to spread out and to find privacy when needed. The community pool is open in season. We provide beach chairs and a beach cart, as well as other beach gear. The villa is in excellent condition with lots of recent upgrades including new mattresses, new flooring, and a new sofa bed. We've stocked the place with all the items needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation.
