This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke in designated areas.
Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.
Second parking spaces in height of season NOT guaranteed. At building discretion, guests may be limited to one parking space
