🔢 The code for the pool gates will be given from the front desk once parking passes are purchased.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🔹 Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
