The unit has been beautifully decorated and offers the perfect setting for a beach getaway. You will find this spacious kitchen to flow perfectly with the open and spacious living room. The comfort of the fluffy furniture and the clean design will make you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked, it offers anything and everything you may need to cook a three course meal. the bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom accessible right across. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and perfect shades to guarantee a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. The private master bathroom and extra large closet space complete the perfect ambience for comfortable stay.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for he ultimate luxury feel.

Property was nice. Check in/out process easy. Communication with the manager was excellent. Only negatives were our dryer did not work and were unable to clean laundry for the entire week, after speaking to our manager the repair man was there the next day which was great except he could not repair it and said it would be a few days for a part to come in and we heard nothing else. The floor caused our toddlers feet to turn black but not a huge deal.

Awesome property!!

We had an amazing stay at the property. They literally had everything we could've needed in our rooms already. Only issue was the front desk staff. The lady was not very friendly and didn't give us good enough direction as we were new guest and had never been at this property before but thankfully the property layout is so simple we found everything without issue.

Not a well kept condo

I would like to say that communication with the team that runs this condo was good, they were friendly and very helpful. Checking in to the property was fairly easy as well. As for the condo itself, it was grimey and not well kept. All of the furniture was falling apart, lining on the floor of the shower was falling off and exposed lots of mold and mildew. The floors were so dirty they left our feet black after walking around. We also took a look at the air filter and it definitely has not been changed in over a year. This condo needs an extreme deep cleaning and new furniture. If the owner were to do this I think it would be a wonderful place to stay in PCB. As of right now I do not believe I would rebook.

Not newly renovated / remodel as advertised /several broken things …

First the accuracy of the listing was not true ; they have it listed as a recent complete remodel. On arrival we saw rust on the tile from the toilet leaking in both bathrooms, The couch was uncomfortable you would fall through the back of the cushions and it had large holes in it (definitely an old worn couch). There was broken table legs in all the rooms, the cabinet doors were coming off in the kitchen . The refrigerator had rust on it and sounded like the door was gonna fall off when you opened it . There were busted light covers, door facings busted . The unit was clean and it was just me and my husband so we improvised on the sitting but if my entire family had came we wouldn’t be able to seat everyone comfortable in the living room. I contacted the host and listed things wrong and told them I didn’t think I would have to start my vacation making a list of all things wrong but I wanted everyone aware; so, they could make it right . The response I got was “ Your communication is truly amazing and I cannot thank you enough Melissa! I will send them a list and they will address after your departure so they do not disrupt you!” . I didn’t say I didn’t want to be disrupted ; I was very disappointed because it appeared there was several things that was not being up kept . Another thing I didn’t list for them was the towels all smelt musty and I rewashed all before using . I don’t know if they wasn’t washed good or had been sitting for a while . There was good things also..

Condo conditions

The condo layout is great. Location is good in the middle of all activities. The condo its self could use some maintenence. No extra towels in the cabinets. No extra things in the kitchen, just the basics. Just needs to be more like a home and not a motel. The manager was goʻd to respond when I emailed here.

No stars!! We had to leave 2 days early. When we arrived, I did a quick walk through. On the surface everything looked okay except the condo had a smell & furniture was really used & in poor condition. We got in late afternoon & went to bed. The next day my youngest son wasn’t feeling good. We took it easy & let him rest. I started looking around closer & went to the bunkbed he slept in & found throw up under his pillowcase. I had to take sheets & blankets off of ALL the beds to wash them. Even the pillows were nasty & very used. The condo was not cleaned well at all. We were very disponed & feel like we have been robbed. Not to mention our youngest son was exposed to someone’s bodily fluids. The whole resort smelled like weed. The kids couldn’t even go on the balcony because it was so strong. The staff was rude & had no manners. They obsessed over the blue security bands. The elevators had a long wait or were not working. The worst part was our children getting exposed to sickness & weed!!!! After we got home, we reached out to the host & they said we should have called they would have called room service back in. That still would not change the fact of what our children were already exposed to someone’s bodily fluids & weed! I guess they already got paid & they don't care about what happened. The room should have been clean from the start. The elevators were always down as well. If you got lucky & they worked, you had to wait at least 15 minuets every

Great stay

Outstanding!

My employees and I were workimg in the Panama City area and wound up with a few down days. I decided to reward their hard work with a wekeend in Panama City Beach. I couldn't be happier that I chose this property for our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend. The location is fantastic as well! We had an amazing time and I very much look forward to a return visit!

Best birthday ever!!

This was the perfect place for my girls and I! I was celebrating my 22nd birthday this weekend and when I tell you we had a blast!! Everyone was super sweet and if I had any concerns the host was quick to answer me! The view was beautiful and the beach access is so nice being next to pineapple Willy's! I definitely recommend this place 100%!!

Wonderful!!!

We stayed at the lake town wharf property for my brother's bachelor trip and had a great time! The host was very helpful with check in and check out the property was very well kept and clean. The amenities were great and well kept as well and the staff was very friendly and did a great job making sure everything went smoothly in the common areas. We would definitely like to stay here again during our next visit!!
