Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Tomales Bay, with breathtaking views, sits this newly remodeled, stunning coastal retreat. A three bedroom, two full bath, single-level open floor plan to maximize time with friends and family or catch up on work with epic coastal views. Luxurious crows nest master bedroom overlooking the coast features a queen bed and lounge area.
Inside, you'll also find all the comforts of home, including highspeed Wi-Fi, gas fireplace (w/ remote), fully-equipped kitchen with large island, washer/dryer and all new bathrooms with modern features. A dedicated movie room includes a new 2022 Samsung 77” OLED RV w/ factory surround sound. The kids will love the large garage-turned-play zone which includes games like pop a shot, ½ scale billiards, retro arcade machine, etc. New, wind-protected deck features lounge seating and a full dining set for alfresco dining. After a long day of play, relax in the new 6-person hot tub - also overlooking the beautiful coast.

Beautiful, well appointed home. Such an amazing location out of the way of all the hustle and bustle of wine country. Bring groceries as the pricing and choices at the country stores near by are more expensive.

Just what we were looking for.

We were in town for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was great. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, we had wildlife in the backyard. The general store and restaurant were great. I wish there was a breakfast restaurant option at the resort but the general store did have yummy bakery items, breakfast burritos, yogurt parfaits. Parking in the driveway was a little unnerving with how steep the driveway was but we got over it. We loved our stay.

Get ready to get your Zen on!

The minute we walked in, a sense of calm took over. The house has a wonderful relaxing vibe with beautiful views and surroundings. It was easy to relax with such a great design and lovely furnishings in this spotless, well thought out & accommodating home. Our grandson made great use of the surf & boogie boards and loved the game room. We all enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor deck and there is plenty of room to enjoy evenings by the fire. The location is fabulous. We took a scenic hike to a secret beach right from the house and an easy day trip to explore the redwoods and Sonoma County. The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay here and appreciated how easy the hosts made it for guest to enjoy such a beautiful stay.

We had a great time at our seaside retreat. It was clean, beautiful, and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was kind, welcoming, responsive, but not intrusive. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else.

Perfect Getaway For Our Family

We were beyond pleased with this lovely home and location. The VRBO photos do not do justice to the stunning views of the ocean and surrounding topography of Tomales Bay/Dillon Beach/Pacific Coast OR to the smart, extremely functional and comfortable layout of the home. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal. The beds were comfortable. Everything updated, bright, and clean. Hot tub provided the perfect ending to our days of hiking, exploring and eating. We definitely plan to return!

Completely outstanding, relaxing with glorious views

Impossible to fault, our every need was met. Everything we needed was provided. Hot tub was amazing with great views out to Tomales Point. Clean and comfortable with fast WiFi, coffee, gas BBQ. Tom was pleasant and helpful, thanks for hosting.

Too many problems

This is a beautiful, well equipped home in a great location and with amazing views. However, the hot tub wasn't ready for use until the afternoon of the second day of our 3 night stay. The ice maker didn't work and the kitchen freezer wasn't working. Fortunately, there was a garage refrigerator to refreeze our defrosted food and we could purchase ice from the general store. The arcade machine in the game room wasn't working and the dart board wasn't attached to the wall but free standing on a table. Our host was very communicative and apologized for these issues. However, these problems were a disappointment for us. I'm sure those issues will be remedied in the future.

Quite and clean

Very much enjoyed our second stay! Great communications with Tom and Katherine. Nice people. Everything is well stocked. Our family loves gourmet cooking. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our 7 year old loved the games. Recommended.

Family getaway

Such a beautiful home with an even better view. Great hikes locally and plenty for kids to do when we got back to the house. Property manager was amazing and we will be booking again…hopefully sooner than later.

The house was nicely updated and the views were great! Loved each moment in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Would highly recommend.

great views and location

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great walking trail at the end of the road, takes you to Estero de San Antonio and beach only accessible by trail. Home was very comfortable and well furnished. Recently added a nice propane BBQ. Enjoyed sunsets in the hot tub with view of the bay.

Relaxing Stay in Beautiful House

The house was even better than pictured. Light, airy and cozy with very tasteful decor. Incredible kitchen, fully equipped with top of the line appliances. There were only 3 of us on this trip, but the house could comfortably accommodate 6. Tom was incredibly responsive and helpful. The beach is easily and quickly accessible by car, but quite a hike if walking. It's such a treat just being in the house and enjoying the ocean views, hot tub, and the deer, quails, and jackrabbits right outside the window! We are already thinking about making this a yearly girl's trip! This is really an ideal place for relaxation! Thank you, Tom!

Amazing Dillon Beach Property

Absolutely loved this property. Amazing views, great beds, large kitchen, recently renovated, and a hot tub to finish it off. Spent a week in Dillon Beach and this house (and the beach) was a great escape from the hectic lives we live. If you're still looking at properties in the area, stop looking and book this one. You won't be disappointed!

A Perfect Retreat: Tranquility and Beauty at Dillon Beach

Our stay here was a dream come true. The beauty and tranquility of this hidden gem blew us away. The house itself was stunning: the owners clearly put great care into its meticulous design and upkeep. It was impeccably clean, and the tasteful decor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were outstanding. The well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a joy, and the spacious and cozy bedrooms offered a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. Recreation options are plentiful; a mega-screen TV, game room with basketball and a pool table, and a private hot tub with a view of the Pacific Ocean. Breathtaking ocean views were the highlight. Waking up to the sounds of crashing waves and song birds was a true delight. The mesmerizing sunsets painted the sky in beautiful colors. What truly made this house special was its peaceful and quiet atmosphere, so close to the beach. An oasis from life’s hustle, we were able to unwind and recharge amidst the soothing sounds of nature. The friendly community added to the charm, making us feel welcomed. We must commend Catherine and Tom's excellent service: they were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their genuine hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to our visit. In conclusion, our stay at Catherine and Tom's house in Dillon Beach was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this ideal destination for couples and families seeking a restful and rejuvenating getaway.

Beautiful Getaway

We stayed here during our honeymoon and it was wonderful! It’s a tucked away spot with beautiful views. The house was decorated lovely and has everything you need. Beach access is less than 5 mins away. We would definitely recommend!!
