Same scenario with the floor near the pool/along the seawall of the resort. At this moment unfortunately, I can’t give you a fix date, when all of this will be taken care …Welcome to Florida ;-).

Enjoy this super cozy Condo-Hotel-Resort right on the beach with all the fun stuff :-). You will have your private balcony, a Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Gym, Tiki Grill Bar, Floridian sun/ocean breeze and the beautiful beaches with lifeguards.

Great picnic area by the pool with a stunning ocean view. In walking distance you have the Crabby's Oceanside the Landshark Bar/Grill restaurants, as well as a Splash-Park with bathrooms and showers....and of course many other tourist attractions. Daytona International Speedway, Tanger Outlets, Volusia Mall, Wawa, Walmart and Aldi are all in close distance by car.
This Resort is very safe, has outdoor/indoor cameras, and the reception/front desk is open 24/7 for an easy check in at any time.
Your condo is on the 2nd. floor accessible by elevator and stairs. Your sleeping arrangements are a queen-size bed and one queen size Sofa-Bed. You have plenty of space and a private balcony with 1/3 view to the beach/ ocean and 2/3 view to the parking area. Therefore it has NOT a direct ocean front view :-). Please look at all the pictures to get an understanding of how this place is laid out . The bathroom is small :-) but cozy.

If you bring A LOT of luggage and/or you are 3 guests in this cozy place, it might get a little tight/cramped because of limited storage space and small bathroom :-).

A 50 inch smart TV is available, to use with your personal (your favorite apps) with access to Wifi.
There are USB charging ports available for your electronic devices behind the nightstand and on the wall by the dining table.

Check in is after 3 pm.
AN EARLY CHECK - IN could be possible :-)
It all depends if we had guests the night before, at what time they check-out and how long I need to clean in order to make the condo spotless clean :-).

We are here for your needs, concerns, questions 24/7. We live about 25 min. away from the condo.

During your check-in at the reception, the front desk will provide you with a wrist- band to access pool, sauna, gym, etc..and hand out your room card and a free parking pass for your car.

NO trailer/boat/RV parking.

Only one car is allowed per stay and there is free parking near the resort.

There are 2 parking lots on each side of the Condo-Hotel-Resort. The resort provides golf/beach car rentals and has an ATM machine with a kiosk in the lobby.

We provide a password protected internet access. For your own safety/ added security, please provide your own VPN ( virtual private network) .
This Condo is deep cleaned/disinfected the Swiss way for the health/safety and comfort of our guests...and yes, I am originally from ''SWITZERLAND'' but have lived all over the world :-).

Booking Process/ Picture of Driver ID __________-
We only accept the picture of the Driver ID from the person on this Airbnb account ( which is YOU ;-) and not form a friend/wife or husband etc...
If you do not send me your Driver ID picture with your current address, unfortunately you can not stay at our cozy condo. Thank you for your understanding.


We take Covid-19 related guidelines serious.

We have taken the necessary precautions and advice to meet the CDC and VRBO recommendations for preventing the spread of the virus.

I use special cleaning supplies, use appropriated products like disinfectants with 70% Alcohol or higher.

Please be RESPECTFUL, CLEAN and CONSIDERATE of our space/inventory and the next arriving guests.... You don't have to walk on eggshells :-), just have fun, enjoy and clean up after yourself, throw trash away, don't eat in bed unless my grandmother and I are invited ;-) WE do not charge you with a security deposit because we want to trust YOU. We believe in our guests and their common sense :-). Thank you.

READ Before YOU BOOK!!!!!!!
This is a Condo-Hotel-Resort. Therefore, prior to your arrival, I need to provide the Resort with the following information, which is also required by the State of Florida. Also, safety for our guests, is our number one priority!!!!!!

What I need from you is ::::::

1. Picture of your Driver ID (with your ID number and your current address)
2. Names of all other additional guests.

If I do not have these information prior of your arrival, the Resort and myself will deny the entry to our condo, .....meaning, you will not be able to stay here.

You will be limited to a single vehicle only do to space constraints. On arrival, the receptionist will hand you a pass for your vehicle.

Also, you will NOT be able to contact the resort's housekeeping.

As this is not a hotel, we do not change bed linens/ towels during your stay.

If you DO NOT HAVE your own VRBO account
(you travel with your mother/father/ friends account),
I will NOT accept your booking. PLEASE create your own VRBO account :-).

NO BREAKFAST WILL BE SERVED for this CONDO.

Bring your own beach towels/chairs.

A LATE check-out AFTER 11 am, will be charged as an additional day with a weekday/weekend rate.
