Waterfront paradise in the community of Key Colony in Marathon. Completely renovated and upgraded. Spacious kitchen with a large dining area. A screened porch overlooking the heated pool offers lounge seating and outdoor dining. Enjoy a refreshing drink at your private pool and grill your fresh catch in the outdoor kitchen, complete with gas grill, refrigerator, commercial ice maker and bait freezer. Plenty of room to pull out the ping pong table and pool toys are left for your enjoyment. A private boat slip accommodates a boat up to 38 feet and includes a fish cleaning station, free water and shore power. There is space to park your boat trailer on property.

As our guest, you will have access to the nearby Key Colony Cabana Club. The Club has a large pool, full bar, pool side bar and lounge, beach shop, restaurant, snack bar and private beach access. Recreational activities on Key Colony include 4 parks and 2 playgrounds, 9 hole Par 3 golf course (golf club rental available), basketball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocci, horseshoes and shuffle board, Marina, Charter fishing fleet, dive and tackle shops, shops and restaurants.

The house is in a beautiful safe neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great while we were there so we didn't get to use the pool as much or the Cabana Club nearby, but everything looked great. Centrally located to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

House was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Check in process was easy and John was easy to get ahold of. The house got extremely hot and he offered to send an AC guy out that day. Our kids loved all the games that were available and the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Wish we could stay longer

John was a great host. We had to change our vacation plans last minute and ended up in the Florida Keys instead of Hawaii. John’s place was perfect. The house had everything we needed and more. It was centrally located for us to travel to all the Florida Keys.

Beautiful home and location

Love this house, location and pool! The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Having a screened in porch and ice machine was an added bonus. The property manager responded quickly with questions. We had a wonderful vacation! Highly recommend!

Better than I expected!

The house was GORGEOUS and is in a beautiful neighborhood. We were lucky enough to see some Manatee in the canal, and even caught a few fish from our backyard. Poles were provided by the host! Key Colony Beach (Marathon) is a great central place to stay. It is close to all the islands - only 45 min to Key West and Key Largo.

Key Colony

Our stay was wonderful. The home is laid out very well for multiple families to enjoy. It was very clean when we arrived. The community is very walkable but we rented a golf cart because of mobility issues for people in our party. The home is a stone’s throw to Sunset Beach where you get a gorgeous view of sunset. We took advantage of the Cabana Club for drinks and socializing, the pool and beach access there are great as well. Highly recommend for families.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The whole house being on one floor up stairs! outdoor kitchen, full size fridge and freezer down stairs! Easy access to everything. Plenty of parking without having to move cars/trucks to let someone out. Plenty of dock for my 43’ center console with 30amp power to plug boat in which wasn’t advertised in listing! The best thing about the house was it has a commercial size ice machine!!!! That’s a game changer!

Fantastic Property!

Beautiful house in a fantastic location! Extraordinarily clean up on arrival, even had to open the windows for an hour to let the sanitizer scent fade a bit - good problem to have! Everything we could have possibly needed was there and ready for us to use. Just a short walk to Sunset Beach was the kicker for me, loved being able to hop out of the pool and catch the sunset 5 min later. The pool was perfect as well, perfect temp, pool toys to use, and lots of citronella candles and bug spray around for the few mosquitos we experienced. There was no Welcome Book, which is the first time I've ever experienced at a rental, but John left notes around the house so we had all the info we needed. Access to the Cabana Club is awesome too; forget Sombrero Beach, use the Cabana Club beach - beautifully groomed white sands, no seaweed, and plenty of chairs, and we were the only ones using it! All over a great property to spend the week at
