Luxury Tim’s Ford Lake front -boat available pls inquire- 3 suites

Millionaire’s Landing. Lakefront with dock, perfect for swimming. Brand new modern 3 level Luxury Home.

3 master suites with King beds, and private spa en-suite bathrooms with rain shower heads and soaking tubs.
Guest (4th) bedroom with 2 Queen beds and shared hallway full bathroom. Bonus room with door has 4 Full beds.
Lower level bunk room with shared full hallway bathroom.

Lower level has all the fun! Movie theater, billiards, basement bar kitchen with ice maker, microwave, and full size fridge, lower level living room, bunk room, and access to the lower patio. Lower patio has a charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal), outdoor dining area, and firepit! (Fire wood not provided).

Main level has a grand chef's kitchen with Decor appliances and custom cabinetry. Island seats 6-7 with great water views from the very large kitchen window. Living room has a linear gas fireplace, access to the middle rear deck with plenty of comfy seating to enjoy the views, and open to the Dining Area. Main level also has a powder room with a Toto bidet and warmed toilet seat, laundry room, and the Primary bedroom. Primary bedroom has a King bed, full bathroom with a Toto Washlet bidet.

The top (third) level has Suite 2 and 3, both with private bathrooms and access to the top rear deck for the ultimate tree-top view! There is also a Guest Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a hallway bathroom, and a Bonus Room with 4 Full beds and TV.

Come experience a lake life of luxury!

Bring your own coffee grinds, firewood, charcoal, and lake towels. A small starter supplies of household items are provided such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/bar soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and dish soap.

Tritoon pontoon boat rental available upon request for additional fee. Experienced boaters only.

4 min drive to Bass Club boat ramp. 1 min walk to downtown Winchwster. Hot tub coming Fall 2024!

We just returned from our family vacation on Tims Ford Lake and this home was plenty spacious enough for our family of 14. Very well furnished and in a great location!Would definitely recommend it!

Friends annual vacation

The house was perfect for our big group to stay. We had a lot of space to spread out, the kitchen had enough storage for a week of food. Easy access for our boat and swimming.

What a wonderful home!

A bunch of friends and I booked this house for the weekend, and what a wonderful weekend it was. The house is amazing, with plenty of room for everyone. The views are unmatched. Tara was an incredible host.

Wanted a place spacious enough for family to spread out as well as a space to be together for meals and this filled that desire perfectly. We loved the proximity to town for us to walk around and visit local shops. We realize the location is great for summer activities but we truly enjoyed our time even w/o lake activities

We had the most wonderful family Christmas!! At times there were 18 of us! We cooked, ate, played games, etc. The house was beautiful and a perfect location! We will be booking next year! Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful Christmas!!

Wonderful house that was made to entertain!

This house was immaculate and well designed. Lots of room to mingle and have a great time with friends. Comfortable beds, great kitchen set up and amenities, along with a beautiful view. With a party of 12 adults, we never once felt crowded. I would definitely recommend.

Winchester Get away !

Wow! Wonderful fully stocked kitchen..Room for all and we had 8 adults and 4 kids. They all loved the hot tub, outside by fire pit, theater room, pool table and Foose ball table.It was so delightful and resting.. We are were in a happy place! thank-you for having us !

This property was the epitome of perfection! There was space for everyone to spread out but the layout still allowed for family togetherness! The attention to detail and all the luxury touches are unmatched! THE BIDET 10/10! 2 kitchens, perfect for entertaining. Comfy beds and laundry rooms on 2 floors. Tara, was super responsive and personable. This home is a jewel with a host to match!

Just..WOW😍😍

To say this was an amazing experience is an understatement. The house was beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. Communication with the host was effortless and they were extremely accommodating. They’ve really thought of everything with this house! There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed a short walk to a Christmas vendor festival in town but otherwise never had to leave the house for fun. A time was definitely had. We’ve started a tradition..our holidays will always be spent like this going forward. Only problem with our stay is that we should have booked for longer!

We are a family from Williamson County, 3 kids and 2 dogs. We have been coming out to Tim's Ford Lake since 2017 and have enjoyed it ever since!

We fell in love with this property and the tiny community! Walk to downtown, walk to the lake, what could be better? We enjoy boating on our Pontoon, watching movies on rainy days, roasting marshmallows by the firepit, and fishing and swimming in the lake.

This home ended up being so much larger than life, and larger than expected! We can't wait to share it with friends and family, and hope you will enjoy the luxurious home as well!
