Jen was an incredible host! We were in town for a family wedding and the rehearsal was moved up. We really needed a place to get ready before the check in time due to traveling in from 3 different states. Jen was very accommodating and let us check in a little early and it was perfect. The property was amazing, clean, updated and beautiful. My family was very comfortable in the house with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. If we are in need of a place again in the area we will definitely book with Jen! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I don’t think the photos do this place justice. This is a recently updated home with EVERYTHING you need. It is well stocked and has everything for a beach day. The plentifulness of towels was a rare vrbo find. I also like that there are not a lot of checkout tasks - which can be super annoying. It actually made me want to do more things at checkout. Great hosts!

Jennifer is a wonderful host!! You will definitely enjoy the warm, inviting atmosphere of this home. It was perfect for us and our two adult children. The kitchen and baths have everything you need as a traveler. Would highly recommend and will be staying again if we ever have the opportunity.

We had the best experience with Ingram house. We were in town for a couple of days for a swim meet and the house was just 5 min away from the pool. The House was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was super clean, updated and perfectly stocked. The street is very quiet with no outside noises. Communication with the property manager was super easy and almost instantaneous. We travel a lot for business and sports and normally I have suggestions for property owners on what could be improved. Here I seriously had nothing to add. We will absolutely stay here next time we are in Sarasota.

As someone who believes that ratings of 10 are often a bit generous, I can assuredly say that Jennifer’s place deserves a 10 or even more. It was immaculate, spacious, and so easy to stay in. Everything you might need was available but neatly packed away in cabinets or drawers, leaving so much space for relaxation. Everything seemed as if it was bought just for our visit. Just a wonderful place and very highly recommended.

We loved our stay in Ingraham House 2, clean, fresh. with a very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Enjoyed the back sunroom a lot. We were very comfortable, and will stay here again.

Fantastic Property

The property was absolutely fantastic! Everything appeared to be recently renovated (I initially thought it was a new home until we saw it was originally constructed much earlier). The furnishings were very comfortable - beds, couches, etc - and the kitchen had a fully stocked coffee bar. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
