Amazing place. Very convenient, clean and comfy. We truly enjoyed the attention to detail and atmosphere here. If we are ever in the Sarasota area again we’d stay here for sure.

This house is beautiful and extremely clean in a quiet neighborhood. We really appreciated the attention to detail in all areas with everything being very well stocked in the house. The coffee bar is great with lots of options, soaps provided in the bathroom and toys for the kids to play with. We also really appreciated the items for the beach like the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, cooler & sand toys. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful house!

Gorgeous contemporary design

This property felt like we were entering a model home. Everything was tastefully designed and had purpose. I thought it had just been remodeled but when I looked in guest book, they have been renting since 2023. They take fabulous care of this property as there was nary a scuff on the wall and the carpet upstairs appeared brand new. There was more room than I expected. The owner communicated well and was very accommodating. We were there for a wedding. They worked with us to accommodate some special circumstances we had with no issues. The backyard is fenced with beautiful grass and comfortable patio furnishings. Many thanks to the owner

Perfect!

We were two couples for a 5-night getaway to Sarasota. The house was very clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. The screened in patio was a perfect place for our morning coffee, which was made at the cute coffee bar in the kitchen. All furniture and beds in the house are comfortable. The showers have fantastic water pressure. The house was fully stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom towels, beach towels, coffee, etc. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a backpack cooler, a medium sized cooler, beach toys, and a beach wagon in the garage. We really felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. Thanks for a great stay! We will hopefully be back for another visit soon.

Fantastic Property

The property was absolutely fantastic! Everything appeared to be recently renovated (I initially thought it was a new home until we saw it was originally constructed much earlier). The furnishings were very comfortable - beds, couches, etc - and the kitchen had a fully stocked coffee bar. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Awesome Stay!!! Clean, Spacious & Homey

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect spot! We had a great time exploring Sarasota/Siesta Key and even went down to North Port for a Braves Spring Training game. The house is very clean, comfortable, spacious, and stocked with everything you could possibly need during a trip (coffee, laundry supplies, plenty of towels, soap/shampoo, etc.). Jen provided us with some great local recommendations and had great communication throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend for anyone coming into town. Thank you!!!

Family Time

Centrally located to everything we planed on doing. Basically we were there to visit family who live in the area. We had a couple of family members who flew in for a couple of days and the airport is very close by. First floor bedroom and bath very nice for those who can't do steps. Lots of space to spread out and socialize.

Beautiful place to refresh

Jennifer is a wonderful host! The place was beautiful and clean! It was such a sweet time to reconnect with friends! We had a wonderful day at the beach and Jennifer provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and wagon. She was great at responding to my questions and gave us delicious recommendations for eating places! Great stay in Sarasota

This place is fantastic- so clean and modern. It has everything you can ever want and then some- my wife couldn’t believe all of the amenities. We didn’t have to go out and purchase anything like we normally do- it is stocked like our house. Love the coffee bar, large kitchen, & modern decor. We were lucky to find such a clean place. Communication with Jennifer was through and compete. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Hidden Gem

Perfect property, everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Three, well appointed, rooms and two full bathrooms. Living space and kitchen are spacious and Publix is a couple minutes down the street. SPOTLESS. Coffee bar was great for decaf at night and regular during the day. Didn’t use the kitchen much, but had spices and the staples there. Would definitely stay again. About 15 min to Siesta Key beach

Not only did the house exceed our expectations, but the little touches everywhere made it perfect, especially the decorated tree that was lit upon our arrival. We will return!

Back again!

This is our third time staying at one of Jennifer’s properties and her homes are beautiful and clean. We love the neighborhood and that she thinks of everything so your stay is comfortable and that way you feel like you’re at home. Can’t wait to come back again!

Soccer trip

This home is gorgeous! Very well kept and stocked. Coffee bar is complete with drip and k cup machine with all the fixings! The home is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need for meal prep and entertaining. Kiddie cups with kiddie cutlery and dishes. Laundry room was well stocked. The garage had a beach buggy with a cooler and kiddie beach toys. Beach towels were in the upstairs bathroom. Plenty of towels for all guests, shampoo/conditioner and body soap. When I tell you the house is well stocked I mean it! The back patio was amazing! We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch under the beautiful fans. We travel around Florida and the United States for travel soccer and we usually stay in VRBO properties and this one was by far the most comfortable and made us feel at home. We are definitely going to stay here again!
