If you and your guests are looking for a wonderful place for you and your family to spend your beach vacation then this house at Coastal Club in Lewes will exceed your expectations. Winner of the community of the year award, this Coastal Club house is a premier lake front property with many amenities.
This 3300 sq ft home has 5 bedrooms including 2 master bedroom suites, 4 full baths and sleeps up to 12 people. The 5th Bedroom is new for 2024 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of February.
The chef inspired kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare the simplest meals to your favorite gourmet dish. All high end appliances, granite countertops and gas stove. Clothes washer and dryer in home for your use.
There are 3 large HDTVs in the home hooked up to Xfinity cable TV with high-speed wifi internet service. One TV is in the living room. Another TV is in the Master bedroom (main floor) & the third TV is in the middle upstairs bedroom #4 (the one with 2 beds).
Maximum Overnight Occupancy: The Maximum Overnight Occupancy for this home is 12 people.

Street Parking
The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles. You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival. A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.
Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
Linens Package Option: Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets. 1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count FREE Delivery and Pickup All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with its Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with its Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. For additional Information click on the Life at Coastal Club Link. The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by Bethany Beach Home Rentals.

However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Family of 5 getaway
When we arrived at the house we were very pleased however it looks as though no one maintains the exterior. The interior was beautiful and well furnished. The master sweet sleep number bed made me purchase one of my own after waking with no back pain for the first time in years. My family had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The pool passes were very expensive for the week extra when we only used the pool twice. The property manager even texted me to remind me to take the trash out which I thought was amazing.
I would stay here again and recommend you give it a try

Thank you for your feedback. the home was power washed at your suggestion. Please use the daily pass option to save substantially if you're only going to use the pool a couple of days. Thank you and hope you come back soon. Steve Gilbert
