This beautiful home built in August 2021 offers a spacious layout with 8 bedrooms, 4 baths, full built-in bar, front porch, screened in back porch with an amazing patio and fire pit. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to rent this home with 3 levels of living including entertainment area with pool table in the basement.

*Saturday to Saturday stays only

*Per HOA rules, renters must sign HOA agreement before their stay and buy guest passes for the week if they want to use the community amenities.

*All guests must be 25+, except for children with parents.

*This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry for your dates to see the monthly discount.
- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

Maximum Overnight Occupancy:
The Maximum Overnight Occupancy per HOA policy for this home is 14 adults, but children under 6 years old are not included in the total head count. (Can sleep up to 18 max - 14 adults, 4 kids)

*Please note - The property is dog friendly, however there are restrictions on the following dog breeds:
-Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of the previous stated.
-Also, no dog with bite history allowed.


-The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dining Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.

Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities. Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you close to the Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany, Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD beaches.

Community amenities include several pools including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains, an adult infinity pool, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness gym, restaurant, swim-up bar, clubhouse and more.

You’ll also love strolling along the 3 miles of wooded private walking trails.

PROXIMITY:
This is the perfect destination for everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area’s best tax free shopping or can just enjoy a meal in Historic Downtown Lewes.

Beaches Nearby:
Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 which makes it convenient in season.

Historic Lewes is perhaps the most beloved town in Delaware, and certainly a favorite for travelers who savor quiet strolls on boutique-filled streets, or a relaxing meal by the water at one of the town’s excellent restaurants.

Recreational Passes/Amenities:
The Lighthouse Club is a residential community and guests will be sharing the same amenities available to our community members. Therefore, while you are with us, you are asked to follow the same guidelines and rules that govern Clubhouse use for all members. The Coastal Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm.

Weekly/Daily Passes 2025 Fees:
Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit.
● Pre-ordered Weekly Passes: $100 (note reduced rate)
● Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130
Waiting until the day of arrival to order passes may result in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase price.
● Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day and are $30
● Daily passes cannot be pre-ordered.
● Key fobs are available for $35 cash deposit and rental fee per fob of which $20 will be returned to you when the key fob is returned to the front desk. A weekly pass must be purchased as a condition of key fob rental.




This Smart home features a smart lock for contactless access and auto locking for your convenience, a smart ring protect system for water and smoke + an exterior ring system for security purposes only, while allowing you the privacy to enjoy the outdoors.

The home was spacious, extremely clean and well taken care of, and accommodated our large crew. The railroad bedroom upstairs worked out perfectly for our little ones to stay in as there were no windows and kept the room pitch black.

Immaculate Beautiful Home!

Overall we loved the rental home. It was perfect for my friends and me. The location was great because it was walking distance to the Community Center. The rooms and amenities in the house was perfect. We would definitely go back and rent the same place.

3rd annual Grammiecation

There were 12 in our group, 3 families plus Grammie. We went to the beach, loved the pool, rode bikes, played pickleball, ferried to Cape May, toured downtown Lewes and enjoyed the large kitchen and dining area for dinners and playing games. Everyone was comfortable in this beautiful house. The short walk to the clubhouse was perfect for us. The surrounding area has lots to offer, just a little traffic for those trips to grocery or food. Everyone in our group would be very happy to visit again!

Coastal club Lewes

The property was absolutely amazing! We were 12 adult adults with four children under five and there was plenty of room left over. Bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The basement was an added, plus as well as the backyard and fire pit! The kitchen was extremely user friendly and very well stocked. A short walk to the clubhouse and easy for the kids to go biking, we would definitely consider this again next year! Job and Hilse Collazo couldn't have been more friendly, accommodating, and available during our stay. They really made a difference.

This is a beautiful property and our multi-generational family totally enjoyed our week here. So spacious and nicely furnished with everything you need. Excellent wifi. Plenty if room for everyone ti spread out. The firepit at night was a great gathering spot. Kitchen fully stocked with whatever you might need. The resort community offered something fir everyone---indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddy pool and splash pad. Pickleball courts and tennis courts, and a fitness center. The location was convenient to all the beaches and state park . Great communication with the owner. So responsive and helpful.

Shore time

The house is beautiful and so clean. We had 4 teens and they were never bored.My only suggestion would be to have more silverware and cooking items. There weren’t enough forks unless we washed all of them. There were no pitchers for drinks, etc. Kitchen was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to all eat together.There is plenty of space and the outdoor patio as well as a screened in porch were well used.Thanks so much for opening your home to our family.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and the owners could not have been nicer. We were a little disappointed in the bedroom configuation. Two of the bedrooms did not have windows so technically they aren't bedrooms. However, we enjoyed our stay and the children (even the children over 20) really liked the amenities and kept them busy all day. All in all we would definitely rent this house again.

Vacation fun

Beautiful new house. More kitchen stuff would be great. Ceiling fans in the screened in back porch would have been awesome for better air circulation. No live TV, no instruction. We all had a great time though!!

Great home for a family vacation

My siblings and our families rented the home for a week together. We do this every summer and this was our favorite home yet. The community and home had great amenities. We enjoyed the pool, gym, walking trail, tennis courts and our kids made good use of the playroom on rainy days. In the home, we enjoyed the front porch, back screen porch and fire pit! Having a second living space in the basement was clutch for our big group. The house was nicely decorated and well-stocked. It felt like we were staying in a home vs a rental. Hilse and Jon were very communicative, flexible and made check-in and check-out super easy.
