This contemporary home offers beautiful views of Narragansett Bay, including the Jamestown Bridge, the Plum Beach lighthouse and the occasional passing sailboat from all major living spaces (i.e., kitchen, dining room, living room, and both bedrooms).

The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, including an induction cooktop, granite countertops and a large island for guests to gather around when entertaining. The living room is open to the kitchen and features a large leather sectional with plenty of comfortable seating for family and guests to stretch out and relax. The adjacent dining room provides a spacious table with seating for six where meals can be enjoyed while taking in views of the bay. This main level also includes a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a 1/2 bath. The main living level of the house is wrapped by more than 500 square feet of decking providing ample space to enjoy the views, salt air and private back yard. The rear deck, easily accessed from the kitchen, is furnished with a large stone and tile dining table with six comfortable Sunbrella chairs for dining al fresco.

The third level offers a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. A second bedroom features a queen bed and private access to an upper level deck with views of Narragansett Bay. The deck is furnished with a teak patio table and chair set for three, perfect for morning coffees or evening cocktails watching the sun and moon rise over the bay. Also, on third level behind two French doors, is a private sitting room with a futon and desk, making it the perfect getaway for quiet reading, catching up on work (if you must) or as additional sleeping accommodations. This upper level also includes a second full bathroom.

The ground level of the house provides a finished game room with a 55" smart tv, video game console, foosball table, comfortable futon and another full bathroom. On the ground level is a garage for storage of guest bikes and beach supplies with direct access to the living quarters. The garage is available for storage only. The home also includes a central vacuum system, hardwood floors and central a/c on all levels.

The home is located in the beautiful community of Plum Beach and is a short 3-minute walk to wonderful dining experiences at Plum Point Bistro. It provides easy access to the many nearby attractions including the quaint and historic towns of Wickford (3.8 miles), Jamestown (5.7 miles), Newport (8.7 miles), Narraganset Pier (8.1 miles) and the beautiful area beaches - Narraganset Town Beach (7.2 miles), Scarborough Beach (10.8) and Roger Wheeler State Beach (13.6 miles).

Please note that, this property requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
