The birds are constantly chirping and you'll find yourself minutes away from USCB college, 5 mins from beaches, shopping, dinning & 10-15 mins to down town.

The kitchen boast stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen amenities and includes a wash and dyer. We will always have coffee, cream, tea & honey, cereal, and light breakfast upon your arrival. (Whatever we have left in the fridge or kitchen you are welcome to serve) Please kindly let me know if you are vegan or have food allergies. For guests for stay longer than a week, I usually leave wine and additional snacks.
While your suite is attached to our home, it is completely private with your own gated entrance, garden, and parking. You do not share with us on the attached main house we live in. (Unfortunately we never get to see our guests unless they request to)
We are 2 mins walking distance to 7 11 convenient store, bars and Home Plate restaurant. Your private garden is perfect for Al fresco dinning, winding down with a glass of wine while gazing at the stars and moon. The garden is also a perfect place to work with many chirping friends flying by.
We have a large walk in closet which can fit a twin bed in case you have extra guest or young child. (upon request) In addition, a workstation with papers, envelopes, etc. In the event that you need something printed out, scanned, or fax.. We can help you with that too!
Currently we do not have cable tv, but have a Smart Tv loaded with Netflix, Youtube, Disney +, Hulu and many movie choices as well as a DVD player.
We do not have a bathtub. We have a two person walk in shower with bench seat in Italian marble and bronze medallion. The bay window view to the garden.
