Very nice stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect size for my husband me. There was a problem with the water heater that was quickly responded to and resolved. Great place.

Wonderful Week

Ideally located, clean , well-equipped condo directly across the street from a great snorkeling spot. The unit is comfortable, with a lanai offering wonderful ocean views, especially at sunset. Easy access to major roads for trips to other parts of the island. We’re happy to have had the opportunity to stay here, and hope we can return!

Best location on kona side

This condo is directly across the street from the best snorkel beach on the west side. The most stunning view ever. Walk across the street to the beach!

Wonderful Kona Condo

Wonderful condo right across the street from Kahalu'u Park with views of the ocean, beach, snorkeling, and surfing. The unit had everything you need for a nice Hawaiian vacation. Beautiful pool and barbecue area. Very clean and well maintained unit and grounds.

Sweet spot

Had a great stay at this condo. Great location. Well appointed. Perfect for couple or couple with child. Bed was comfortable. Lanai with nice view. Although on main road condo seemed quiet with doors closed. AC works well. Across the street from public park with snorkeling and surfing opportunities. Would staystay there again.

I survived major life changes and death and celebrated my 40th birthday

Our experience was nothing but amazing. We spent a good chunk of time just enjoying our view and people-watching. I personally loved the hot tub. It's the best hot tub I have ever been in with the jets being super strong. I have major back issues and it was so nice to be able to use it when I needed it. My friend staying with me loved the Lania and drinking mai tais and enjoying our music and just relaxing. Everything was so easy to find upon entry to the VRBO. My friend was shocked he had his bathroom! I enjoyed the extra pillows and loved the towels done all fancy. Thank you once again I can not wait to return with the new love in my life !!!!

Relax Renew

À wonderful time. We always feel like we are home when we are here. This is our condo of choice when visiting Kona. It is close town and the view is beautiful. Very well appointed, clean,and welcoming .

Perfect stay perfect view

We were on the second floor with the lanai facing directly at the beach. (We snorkeled there quite a bit). The accommodations were very pleasant. The bed was terrific! There was cable for when the sun went down. They expected us to leave the condo as good as we found it, and my wife made sure we left it better. Our hosts were in contact with us from the moment we made our booking. When emailing, we would get almost instant responses. We will absolutely rebook this condo for our next Big Island visit. Mahalo!!

Wonderful Stay

This condo has the best location on the Big Island. Right across from a great snorkeling beach and close to the Keahou Shopping Center and downtown Kona. The condo has everything you need and it is very clean. The view from the balcony is stunning. This is our third time staying at this condo and we love it.

Good Ocean Front Location

Right across from a beginner’s snorkeling beach. Easy driving for groceries and restaurants. Walking along the ocean drive is pleasant but can get busy. Excellent lanai overlooking the pool and beach. Quiet at night and easy parking.

Beautiful condo, great view, right above the pool with was nice, some of the best snorkeling across the street, close to everything in Kona, responsive and courteous managers. Highly recommend this spot!! Especially for kids with the pool and the snorkeling!

Beach Villa the best we could have asked for on Hawaii

Our first trip to the Big Island. Having been to the other 3 before-our first on Hawaii (island), we found the villas exactly as promoted. Near to the snorkling. Although a small beach...it was the best around that we could see. The view from our room was perfect! The location was 100 yards from the beach counting - crossing the street. If you are going to the big island-west/South...this IS the place to stay. Clean, accessible, and perfect for this island's stay.

Location Location Location

Second floor view from covered lanai was perfect for watching surfers and beach activities without having to actually be at the beach. Had a view of pool activities too, but maintained privacy. Could judge the water conditions before going snorkeling and it was a quick walk, no parking fees! As the real estate agents say, its "Location", and this condo is a good as it can get. Food Market is right down the street, plenty of restaurants nearby. We will be back!

PEACEFUL AND QUIET

This is the second time we have stayed in this small condo complex. Very quiet, clean, and peaceful. Very nice pool area maintained every day. View of Kahulu Beach Park for snorkeling. We saw many whales from our condo. Most importantly there is never a problem for parking at all ever at any time of day. That in itself makes the vacation more relaxing. We will not stay elsewhere again. THIS is the place we will stay!

We loved that the property is right across a popular snorkeling beach (Appreciate that there were beach chairs, and snorkeling equipment in the house too), and loved the ocean view (gorgeous sunsets and morning views of surfers) from Lanai where we spent most of our villa time. Also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Really liked the spacious 2 bathrooms in the villa. Super minor issue- We had trouble finding a wine bottle opener (found one on last night..) as the kitchen drawers are cluttered and need to be cleaned up from inside. Overall an excellent stay though. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great location, very convenient

We stayed in this condo several times (and couple times in another one in the same building) and very happy with it. It's a perfect location for us, as our main focus is swimming, snorkeling and just relaxing. See specific details below: Positives: - Perfect location, 2 min walk to one of the best snorkeling beaches - Nice floor plan - two bathrooms, great lanai, gorgeous view - Easy parking. It's `1 mile to the shopping center where you could buy grocery, meds, or go to several decent restaurants. - Good reliable internet and a lot of literature to help with local trips. - It has adequate beach staff - beach towels, chairs, some snorkeling gear - we didn't use it as we prefer our own gear, still it was available - Excellent communication with owners and management co. - Very clean and nice bedding Just being fair see some areas for potential improvement: - I couldn't figure out how to use TV, tried couple times and gave up. Not sure if something was wrong with TV or it's me. Not that I needed it, otherwise I would ask management to help. - It may benefit from some minor refresh, nothing major however In overall, we were very happy with our stay and planning to come back soon.
