Treat yourself to a fabulous ocean view suite. A great place to start your day of adventures on the Big Island. Come home to a dip in the pool and a relaxing night with the sound of waves from Kahalu'u Beach Park. Prepare a meal in this fantastic new kitchen with fusion granite that looks like artwork. Enjoy the beach, snorkeling and surfing just across the street. Or just relax from your lanai and watch surfers catch the waves. YOU'RE COMING TO HAWAII.....Choose the Reefside Suite. Our space is clean, airy and relaxing. Main Bedroom has a ocean view, King size bed and soft pillows. The second bedroom overlooks a wooded preserve. queen size bed and soft pillows. The back wall of this bedroom is half screened (with curtains)and faces the wooded preserve in back. A large bath with a great shower featuring dual shower heads. Large screen HD TV with directv access in the open & spacious living room. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee and coffee maker. We live nearby and will always be available to help. Enjoy the pool deck with BBQ area, eating area, sunbathing, relaxing and an outdoor open shower. The pool deck is shared with other guests on the property. Washer/dryer in room for use. We provide snorkel gear, beach chairs and towels. We will greet you for Check-in and a tour. We live close by and are available when needed. Located on Ali'i Dr. and across the street from Kahalu'u Beach Park. Kahaluu features a great surfing area, beach and snorkeling. Magic sands beach is just 2 miles down the road. Ali'i Dr is a busy road at times. Please be aware of the potential for road noise. Not an issue shared from past guests but we like to be informative for future guests. We have free onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Motorcycle, scooters, or car rental is best to explore all the Big Island has to offer. Uber is also available. Bike rentals are just up the street as well. Location, Location, Location. This suite is in a great location. Shopping, beach, snorkel, food.....All within 1 mile. Beach, Snorkel and surfing is an easy walk just across the street. Downtown is just 4 miles. Captain cook area is about a 15 minute drive. You'll love this place.

We are both adventurers and love to entertain. Gay Lena is an artist & gardener and Brian enjoys the outdoors, golfing and zipping around the island on his scooter. Come visit us on the Big Island in Kailua-Kona. We got married in Kona and we can't wait to share some of its hidden gems with you. The Kona Seaspray is located across from one of the best snorkeling spots in Kona and only 5 minutes away from the shops and restaurants of downtown Kailua-Kona and many nearby beaches. We sit perfectly between a nature reserve and the ocean, so it feels private yet picturesque. We are centrally located making it easy to access many destinations in Kona. The best parts of the Big Island are only accessible via car, so we recommend renting one for your visit. We are 25-30 minutes from the Kona International Airport and just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, Magic Sands Beach and Kona Club Golf.
