Welcome to Sea La Vie in the Cabanas Building at Gulfplace! This darling unit is centrally located to our guests` shopping, restaurants, and private amenities. The balcony views offer amazing emerald-green shots of the Gulf and the large pool, hot tub, and entertainment area below.

The condo has a King in a private room and two built-in twin bunk beds. There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath for the comfort of hosting four guests.

The complex has 4 pools, several that are heated in the winter months, tennis courts and lots of dining and shopping just steps away!

Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach is home to an array of beach boutiques, local artist huts, and a unique green space for entertainment throughout the year.

It is suggested to have a vehicle for exploring nearby 30A attractions. The Gulf Place complex itself is very walkable.

This unit does not have a washer or dryer inside but a shared laundry room per floor.

Great room and great place. We’ve stayed in Gulfplace many times and this was one of the best units we’ve stayed in. One tip for other renters, the beach entrance right across the street from this unit is great, but I would use the one like 100 yards or so to the left of it because it feeds directly into the beach chair/umbrella rental area for Gulfplace. It’s easier to walk on concrete than sand. Just a tip!

Perfect little slice of Heaven

This is a perfect little condo for 4 people. The price is great and the hosts are amazing! Communication is always spot on. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again for sure!

Great location!

We love that Gulf Place is right across from the beach. There are several restaurants within the complex and several more within walking distance. Second time we have stayed in this complex. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

This condo is across the street from the beach. Very convenient location and the pool was also great to have. The area is great for families. There are few restaurants within walking distance from the condo. The condo had a great view and we enjoyed staying here. We would definitely come back!

Much needed beach time

Myself and 2 friends from Minnesota really enjoyed our stay. It’s a a great location, just the right size. Lovely view of the pool and gulf from private patio. Our host was readily available to make sure we had a nice stay. I recommend this property and would not hesitate to use it again in the future.

Nice little rental

Condo is small but comfy for 2 adults (or 2 adults & 2 kids). Great location with several good restaurants in walking distance, though I'd suggest renting a vehicle as we had some issues getting an Uber to Publix. Easy beach access right across the street. Bonus that someone left beach chairs and an umbrella on the balcony, so I'd check for them before renting. I noticed they provided beach towels too, which wasn't in the listing, but would have been a nice perk. King bed & pillows were very comfortable. I'd bring a sleep mask if light bothers you as the outside walkway light comes into the bedroom no matter how you adjust the blinds. Only thing I wish the unit had was a Keurig. Definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this rental and will likely rent it again in the future!! The pictures don’t do it justice at all. Everything was super nice and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy, which is almost never the case! I always rate the shower as well haha… nice hot water and really good water pressure! Roku tv was nice for the rainy times- signed into our hulu to catch up on shows. Internet was great. Location is unbeatable!!! Beach is directly across the street. Walking distance to food and shopping. Parking was always available at the unit when we did leave and come back. There is an elevator and stairs for easy access. The only minor con was balcony door was too difficult to open so we didn’t go out there, but that isn’t really a big deal to us. Highly recommend this rental!! A++++

Excellent Stay!

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property and had a wonderful stay! The property manager was excellent with communication and even worked with us to get into the unit early on arrival day. The condo was SPOTLESS on arrival! Usually I can always feel at least a little sand on my feet when staying at a beach place but there was nothing!! The bed was comfy and so was the couch in the living room! The place was laid out well to maximize the space. Previous issues with the sliding door was corrected. It was very easy to use! The AC stayed nice and cool too! The private beach access was so close and so nice an peaceful compared to the public access! 30A shade had our spot ready for us every morning at the access. I loved being able to walk to get coffee, meals and ice cream! We could have gotten away with never using our car! The only recommendation I have to the owners is putting a shade or curtain over the bedroom window. There are plantation shutters but with the exterior hallway light being outside that window it was still a lot of light coming through. I’m a sensitive sleeper so we hung a blanket over it and it worked fine but something to consider! We would rebook this unit in a heartbeat !
