Centrally located to many town beaches and restaurants, mini golf, Whydah Pirate Museum, Inflatable Park, and much more. Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for enjoying inside or outside on the deck overlooking the fully fenced landscaped yard with with large patio and outdoor furniture, gas grill, outdoor shower, and fire pit. Lawn and beach games provided for your enjoyment. There is also a Basement Game space with board games, pool table, and ping pong.

This was our third wonderful summer in a row staying here, and it just keeps getting better and better each visit! Excellent layout, nicely maintained, well equipped, carefully cleaned, etc. And there's no shortage of things to do at the house (e.g., indoor games, outdoor sports, movie videos, big screen TVs, firepit, dining/seating options, beach supplies, etc.). The owners go out of there way to accommodate us during our visits and are always easy to reach by phone or text. We look forward to visiting their beautiful home again next summer!

I loved this house. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms plenty of room a gorgeous outside shower, which I’ve never used before. It was very nice roomie. backyard was gorgeous. The grass was very lush. Soft well kept. Plenty of seating in the backyard one right off the kitchen and one out in on a patio out in the yard along with couches and chairs. You can buy a weeks pass for all the beaches in Yarmouth, which was very convenient because we go a lot. Yeah it’s very convenient. Six minutes to get to just about everything. Lots of restaurants around convenient to the grocery store well stocked with beach chairs, toys skim board and boogie board. The basement has a pool table and a ping-pong table. Very nice room down there. They have lots of games and movies.

Perfect family house with a great location!

This house was a perfect place for our family of four. It was centrally located and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the separate living areas as well as the games in the basement. The quiet and relaxing back yard was a great place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great place

We stay here every summer. Perfect for kids with The fully fenced in backyard. It has tons of toys the game room downstairs is awesome.lots of beach gear. The house is always super clean. Excellent location. There’s a reason why we keep coming back. :))))

Another Enjoyable Stay!

Once again, we can't say enough about our stay at Dianne and Jim's beautiful, welcoming home. It's an inviting feeling from the minute you walk into the immaculate, well equipped home. It had everything we needed - linens, towels, indoor/outdoor games, beach chairs, gas grill and a firepit for yummy s'mores. The home is in a perfect location, close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Any questions we had were responded to immediately by our hosts. We're already looking forward to next year!!

Great house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, well-appointed home in West Yarmouth. The house has plenty of room inside and out for hanging out or playing games, and it's centrally located on the Cape, putting you near lots of beaches, activities, and food.

A week in W Yarmouth

Our stay was amazing! The house was easy to get to, conveniently located. Everything was as described in the listing and then some. Easy to check in with the keypad on the door. House was immaculately clean and organized. Everything needed was supplied and more so. Plenty of space for our family of 3 adults and 2 teen boys to spread out and relax. Decorated beautifully. We hope to return again next year - it was the perfect rental for us!

Beautiful, comfortable and quiet getaway in Yarmouth

This house was great for our family of 5. The house was clean, comfortable and in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. The house is very well furnished and had plenty of activities like a pingpong table and a billiards table in the basement. We appreciated the big backyard and garage which was equipped with fun games and activities for any beach day or hanging around the house. The homeowners/hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive as we were checking in and worked hard to let us know of the tips and tricks in the home and surrounding area in Yarmouth. The location of this home is very convenient to drive around and discover a lot of what Cape Cod has to offer. Most of what we saw and enjoyed was easily within a 15 minute drive or less. Having oversize beach towels, a portable cooler with ice packs in the freezer, umbrellas, beach loungers, boogie boards, beach toys, made for an easy holiday for everyone in the family. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils (even lobster crackers). It felt like a home away from home. There were many small touches like the outdoor shower, Air conditioning in each room, laundry hampers in each bedroom, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent, that made our experience that much easier and comfortable. We just had to roll our suitcases in and enjoy our holidays. Very highly recommended.

Fun in Cape Cod 2023

We took our grandchildren and had a wonderful stay. Diane was very communicative and available for any issues that arose at the property. Property was as described and very excellent condition clean and in close proximity to all the popular beaches in Yarmouth and Dennis and obviously the rest of the cape. Best Rental EVER!

Simply the BEST vacation rental EVER in all our MANY years visiting family, friends and former neighbors every summer on Cape Cod! Overall it far exceeded our high expectations in every way - cleanliness, indoor/outdoor, amenities, back yard, TV&WIFI service, convenient location, household goods, furnishings, beach supplies, etc., etc. Our Host responded very quickly and was always helpful answering our questions before as well as during our most enjoyable stay. Great house!

Great house, plenty of room and activities for adults and kids alike! Backyard was beautiful and so was the house! Really nice neighbors too, our girls made friends with, so they even had someone else to play with! Overall, great experience, would definitely stay here again.

Spacious Home

This property was wonderful and offered our family several places to hang out - family room with pool and ping pong tables, tv room with DVDs and cable tv, living room, 3 bedrooms, outdoor deck, patio, and fire pit. It was very clean and thoroughly equipped. The house is also located close to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment. We would love to come back next year!
