PENTHOUSE VISTA AL MAR. Disfrute de impresionantes vistas panorámicas al océano desde el momento en que ingresa. Piso superior (no hay cables de teléfono feos arruinando su vista). Ubicado en el corazón de Kihei, puedes caminar hasta las hermosas playas de clase mundial, "The Triangle", tiendas y restaurantes, y Kalama Ocean Park.

Este penthouse está hermosamente amueblado con un televisor de 46 ”de gran tamaño, cómodo y seccional, con altavoces Bose, Blu Ray y DVD. Cómoda cama King Size Koa. Cocina totalmente equipada, ollas y sartenes, platos, tetera eléctrica, cafetera e incluso una máquina de capuchino. El lanai tiene una mesa y sillas para que puedas cenar afuera y observar ballenas (cuando están en temporada), los surfistas y disfrutar de espectaculares atardeceres de Maui cada noche.

Su condominio está equipado con lavadora y secadora, horno de convección superior liso, microondas de rango alto, ósmosis inversa y un nuevo refrigerador de doble puerta con máquina de hielo. Una piscina climatizada con energía solar se encuentra en el segundo piso con una amplia área de barbacoa con mesas y sillas.

Kalama Park es un parque estatal frente al mar, justo al otro lado de la calle. Está bellamente mantenido con acres de césped verde y caminos pavimentados que incluyen pasillos iluminados a lo largo del océano, áreas cubiertas con pabellones, una pista de patinaje (donde se pueden alquilar patines), pista de patinaje, parque infantil, voleibol y pistas de tenis.

Usted está ubicado en el centro de las atracciones turísticas: puede caminar a playas hermosas de clase mundial, comprar, disfrutar de descuentos en la hora feliz, restaurantes, cafés en la acera, camiones de comida, supermercados, tiendas o tomar un hielo raspado. This Penthouse Apartment was perfect in every way. The ocean view was stunning. The apartment had so many amenities, to include beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, washer and dryer, beach towels, two high end binoculars, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dish washer. In other words, everything a traveler would need for an awesome Maui stay was right there. Further, right next to the apartment complex was an unbelievable food truck park. The largest we have ever seen. A destination in and of itself. Added to all of this was the perfect host. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay extremely enjoyable. She was very responsive with any questions we had and provided some excellent pro tips on where to eat and what to do. Bottom line, this was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in.

Cute place with a wonderful view

We had a wonderful stay here. Communication with the owner was great, the area has a nice little food truck parking lot with a ton of great options. The view is amazing, right across the ocean. A lot of great parks nearby and there was plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Location!

This property was perfect for us! You can walk to everything! The South Maui Luau is directly behind the property with tons of food trucks. The Kihei Caffe is right next door as is the Paia Fish market (so ono!). Plenty of space for us and a balcony overlooking the water

Beautiful View with a Central Location

The property is within walking distance of so much/ groceries, beach, park, bar, shopping, coffee, restaurants etc. The view from the deck was great. It can be a little noisy on the deck during the day, but didn’t bother us as we were usually out during the day. Had a separate AC unit in the bedroom which was a lifesaver for us. Plenty if space for the two of us. We’d stay again.

Great location!

The view of the beach from this property is fantastic! The property is conveniently located close to restaurants, stores, the beach, etc. Ligia was a great host who responded to our requests in a timely manner. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had a great time, property was close to many places we wanted to see. We were basically there to sleep, but it was a great place to call home for a week, and hope to be back! Great view of the beach and surfers! Owners were very helpful, and supplied us with everything we needed for our vacation! Great time!!

The location is great, walk to restaurants, Kamala Park across the street and a great view from the lanai balcony. While the building is older, it is well kept and this condo, the owner has decorated very well. The owner is very responsive to any questions, check in process was easy. I would stay here again!!!

Excellent!

If your looking for a location that is within walking distance to anything you will want, this is it! It is very busy due to the location, but the beach, Saltwater Café with organic and fabulous gluten free options was priceless for us. The unit is adorable, nicely kept and cozy. Wonderful stay!

Best Hub for Fun

Paddle boarding and surfing right across the street, great food and bars within 2 blocks, shopping nearby, deli and convenience store in the building—everything was at our disposal at this cute condo with great sunset views. Owner was helpful and provided plenty of insight for our trip to Kihei! Great time!!

Good stay with a few hiccups

The property was in a good location and was easy to get into. The property manager was incredibly responsive when we had an issue but the rental was not cleaned very well.

Absolutely perfect

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. The view from the lanai is stunning. Location is so convenient. South Maui Gardens is right behind the building. Multiple restaurants, convenience stores, and a grocery store within a less than five minutes walk. I also cannot say enough positive about the host. Communication was top notch and they are so friendly. Checked in with us multiple times throughout our ten day stay simply asking if everything was up to our expectations and if there were any issues. If I could give both the condo and the boats a ten star rating, I definitely would. This was our first time in Maui, and definitely will not be our last. We will definitely stay in this same unit when we return. Do not hesitate to book this unit with complete confidence. Convenient, clean, furnished beautifully, fantastic area, easy parking, great communication. I simply do not know what else anyone could possibly want for a vacation rental. 10/10 will be back.

Perfect place in Kihei

This condo was perfect. Starting with a beautiful condo with an owner that setting it up perfectly for amazing vacation. There were benoculars to see the whales from the lanai as well as chairs to use at the beach. She's thought of everything. Add to that the location is perfect with a beautiful view and walking distance to so many of our favorite restaurants. Thank you for an awesome visit. We'll be back.

Great view and location

The best features of this property is location and view. I think this is the only 6 story building in the area and is designed with all units to have an ocean view. Since this unit is on the top floor, the ocean view was the best! We enjoyed watching surfers, both experienced and beginners in surf school, from our lanai. The location is adjacent to shops, restaurants, and bars. The building lower level has shops including a great deli and a convenience store.it also has good off street parking. The owner was very responsive to questions or problems we had.

Great Condo located in the heart of Kihei. Beaches, parks, shops, restaurants and bars. Great view of ocean with swimmers, surfers and snorkelers. Our hosts, Ligia and Mike couldn’t have been better. Our first nite we had problems with the TV set. The next morning they showed up with a brand new 65 inch set. Ligia would text every few days to check if all was well and see if we needed anything. Great hosts, great Condo!

Beautiful views, great location!

This penthouse condo provided an excellent home away from home during our 9 day stay. Every morning we were able to look out at the ocean and the surfers before walking to breakfast. The location can't be beat! The condo itself is beautiful, and we found it included everything we needed during our stay. The owner is so thoughtful, and really wants to make sure that you are comfortable. She made our stay wonderful! When returning to Maui, I would not stay anywhere else! I have already recommended it to friends, as it is the best condo I have stayed in! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality.

Great condo, well situated and wonderful view

We really enjoyed staying at Ligia's condo. It was exactly as advertised. The location in Kihei was perfect - close to restaurants and shops with plenty of free parking. The view was wonderful, the bed was comfortable and we felt at home in the apartment. Ligia was very responsive and helpful. We even managed to lock our selves out of the apartment and Ligia got back to me almost immediately and we were back in the apartment before we knew it! Thank you Ligia for helping make our stay on Maui memorable. We would definitely stay at your place again.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and we loved it !

the Island Surf is the middle of what's happening in Kihei. The ocean is right there .we can walk to restaurants, bars ,and FoodLand .we can walk to 3 sandy beaches and rent a surf board down stairs ! this unit is roomy and has a nice kitchen .and best of all it's on the top floor no kids running over your head .I'm sure we well be back on our next trip to Maui. the only change we would make is .the AC in living room is on it's last legs but the ac in the bedroom is great.

The owner is very responsive to all your needs. She starts you off with a great introduction to the locale. When you arrive there is a bottle of wine and 2 glasses chilling in the frig. Unit is newly refurbished and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is the best equipped I've ever seen. Espesso machine! WITH COFFEE. Parking is secure and easy. Surfboard rental and beach right accross the street.

Awesome location!

This condo is perfectly located for easy access to great beaches, wonderful eating places, fun shopping, ocean viewing, etc. We appreciated the owner providing beach chairs, a large beach tote bag and a cooler for our use. A lovely touch was the chilled wine and chilled glasses left for us in the frig. We wish there were more dishes, glasses and cups. We had to hand wash dishes each evening so we'd have dishes the next day.
