Tides can be unpredictable; there is extended beach access to the left of Building 1 which can be accessed from the road (very short walk). There is signage to direct you.
Our condo is located in a picturesque coastal region known for its warm, humid climate. As is common in seaside homes, especially after rain or when the unit has been unoccupied, you may occasionally notice a bit of humidity or a musty scent upon arrival. This is a normal part of the environment here and usually dissipates quickly with ventilation or by running the air conditioning.
