Our host was amazing - friendly, helpful, responsive - all the things. It was a beautiful home with all the appropriate amenities, in great condition and very private and secluded. Would definitely stay here again!!

Well appointed, in beautiful surroundings. The private pool and garden walks were inviting from before breakfast to before bed. The host is kind and helpful and yet gave us lotsa space. A terrific alternative to a resort if you want quiet mornings and evenings with the option to grill. 5 minutes to windward beach and less than 15-minute drive to a variety of beaches and fun shops, including an excellent grocery with prepared foods.

New Years Vaca

We had a wonderful time at Chelle’s villa. Comfortable, clean, and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was super clean and wish we could have used it more, but the weather was on the cooler side. We were even able to see all the NYE fireworks from both Grace Bay and Long Bay! My two teenagers loved the villa and were very comfortable on the pull out coach while my husband and I slept wonderfully in the very comfortable master bedroom. I would absolutely come back and recommend to my friends!

Delayed vacation

After broken ribs delayed our trip in April, we had about 6 months to look forward to this vacation and it didn't disappoint! There are a lot of activities to keep you busy and in the silly season there are no crowds! The villa is just as described. We enjoyed the pool everyday-it was very hot during our stay, but the water was still very refreshing. Our favorite day was our clear kayak tour. We saw lots of hawksbill turtles and the guide was very knowledgeable. Chelle was a great host and is developing a beautiful property.

Holiday for two 😁

We had a fantastic holiday here, relaxing, peaceful and just lovely 😃. Chelle and Paul were so friendly, approachable and had lots of useful recommendations and Rosemund couldn’t of been more helpful, The accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed, especially the bbq, which was well used with friends coming over, and that was never a issue. Lovely hosts, property and location…. Definitely recommend

A Stunning Getaway in Long Bay, Providenciales

I recently stayed at Chelle's property in Providenciales and I must say, I had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as advertised - clean and well-maintained. Chelle was also a great host, always available and very friendly. She even offered fresh coconuts which was a nice touch! I would definitely rent this property again without hesitation. One thing to keep in mind is that renting a car is highly recommended as taxis are not eager to come to this location, despite it being only 7 minutes away from Grace Bay. Overall, I highly recommend Chelle's property for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Providenciales.

Private villa with an amazing garden

Pictures don’t do justice to this villa with a beautiful garden. The location was a little challenging to find on day 1 but once we got there, my family had a great time. Kitchen had everything we needed. Grocery stores are close by. The kids had a blast in the pool. Wifi was working perfectly. Restaurants and several beaches are within a 10-15 drive. Long bay beach is 7- 10min walk. Chelle recommended several restaurants on the beach with amazing views. Lot of activities to do. My family had a great time and we plan to visit again.

Renters should know that opposite the gates of the villa is a very loud heavy machinery depot that begins operation in the early morning, continues sporadically throughout the day, and becomes noisy again in the evening. The last two of our ten-day st were fine, but things did not start well and took a while to become so. When we tried to make coffee on our first morning, we discovered that the machine had been put away full of used grounds and that its glass carafe had a large hole in it. Despite repeated requests for a replacement, the owner did not provide one until two days later. More vexing was the absence of wifi when we arrived and the hassles that ensued. When we told the owner of the problem immediately after our arrival, she told us that she would be taking her wifi “box” to be looked at the next day and that we could get access to the internet at a “Starbucks-like” cafe in Grace Bay (20 minutes away. The next day a guy came to fix the problem, but failed (however, he did fix a “broken water pipe” with much hammering and drilling). The following day we spoke to the owner again, stressing the urgency of the matter (the need contact carers of a sick relative in the UK). The result: later that day the same guy ran a wire the through the kitchen window and over the sink. This worked, but it was not until two days before we left that an expert from the wifi company itself came and fixed the problem. Given all that we went through, a refund of two days seems in order.

New Construction

Small glitch checking in due to my last minute booking but the owner was super apologetic. She was very responsive to any requests/needs during my stay with my daughter. The master bed is a Tempur-pedic or other type of memory foam mattress which was interesting. The house is only one year old and everything worked nicely. I think maybe the AC in the master bedroom needs a tuneup because it worked but not as well as the family room AC. Private pool which is cool too. The walk to Long Bay Beach where we kited is 7 min partially through the woods but there is a path. It was just easier for us to drive to the public access for Long Bay and walk the nice stone path. I would definitely recommend renting a car. Perfect spot for a couples getaway. It was great to have a washer/dryer also.

Quite , relaxing, Great location

Great location, clean house and relaxing location. One of the best hosts we have had. We were greeted when arrived. Given great advice about the island. Beach very short walk and safe. Very beautiful garden with shade to seat outside. Pool was cleaned every day. We were even given fresh coconuts from the trees. This is a 5 star location to visit and stay.
