Summary:
Experience real Island living at our amazing location at Atol St/Gulf Blvd across from the Treasure Island beach access, fine and family dining, and Island fun. This unit is almost beach front without the beach front pricing! The building is a small complex with 8 units, beautiful courtyard and sparkling pool. Our unit is on the ground floor giving you direct access to tropical courtyard, pool/BBQ area. The living area features fully equipped kitchen, granite counters, and private washer/dryer!
The Space:
Keyless Experience: Our unit features keyless electronic access with a unique pin-code for your exact dates. That way, there is no key to share and nothing to lose. Also, rest assured that no spare keys are floating around from past guests.
Beach Access: The closest beach access is at Treasure Island which is only 2 minutes walk from the condo. The beach at South Padre has white sand with dark blue water. While the public beaches do not usually have a closing time, please follow all posted signs. The nearest beach access has on-site restrooms, showers, and trash bins.
Does the unit have stairs?
The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor, close to an assigned parking space. There are not any stairs but there is a step-up from the curb. The condo has a walk-in shower in the master bedroom. There are no special handicap features in the condo.
Is there parking?
Guests receive assigned parking in front of the condo for 2 cars, one behind the other.
