Everything was great! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were so responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

The cottage was as described and the photos don’t really do it justice, it is lovely and the location cannot be beat. We had good communication with the hosts and overall it was a very nice stay. Would definitely return for a future visit to Stamford!

Perfect for our needs

What a lovely apartment hidden away on a private street. It is very clean and well-kept, and extra attention is given to making sure guests have what they need. Communication with hosts was easy and straightforward. We were very pleased with our stay.

Excellent location!

The cottage was perfect for the six of us in our group to stay for the weekend. The hosts were generous & attentive. The beds we comfortable. Nice, safe neighborhood to walk around in with parks nearby and great views of the water.

Nice and Quiet

My fiancé and I needed a weekend getaway and this was the perfect location. Located in a gated community it was peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend.

Absolutely perfect!

The cottage apartment was wonderful. My friend and I enjoyed getting together in such a cozy and comfortable space. We made great use of the beautiful kitchen and enjoyed many walks down to the cove! The owners made us feel very welcome.

Cute and cozy!

My mom and I stayed in this cute apartment as I was house hunting from out of state. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the two bedrooms worked well for us. The space was very inviting and we both enjoyed it quite a bit. The owner was very responsive to my questions via the VRBO app. I highly recommend!

Fairfield Fairwell

Coming to Fairfield County for a family memorial, we were hoping for a quiet, restful domicile from which we could come and go. The Cove-Eastside-Shippan was absolutely perfect in every way. The generous room sizes, thoughtful decor, comfortable beds and fluffy towels made us feel at home. We found a bit of time on our last morning to take the brief walk out to view the sound. Bliss…. College tour getaway

Came to the area for my daughter to tour some schools. The location was relaxing and peaceful. Close to 2 beaches- yet there is a daily charge of $69 if you want to park and use the beach front. Walking to the beach area is also an option- 30 to 45 minutes. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. We cooked breakfast each morning as there were pots and pans and other supplies. Beds were comfortable and the attention to detail was appreciated! Great towels and linens. Owners very responsive.

Could have been great experience but rude owners...

The place was very nice, but the owners made it a misserable experience. We had many flight delays, like most others over the weekend, and our luggage was delayed getting to us. United asked where they could deliver our luggage when it arrived at BDL, and we gave the address for the AirB&B. This location is two hours from the airport. Out of courtsey, we let the owners know that we would have our luggage being dropped at the house. Immediately, the owners let us know that we could not do this, as it stated in the contract, "No Package Deliveries." They then keep texting in a harrasing manner even after we explained that this is our luggage, not a random package. The response was disrespectful and rude. We were told that if our luggage was delivered at the house, then we would need to pack up and leave Immediately. We called United three times (multiple hours on hold) and asked them to call first, to arrange the delivery of the luggage at another location in town. Long story short and much frustration, the United driver ended up in the driveway at the AirB&B with our luggage. When we came to the delivery drivers vehicle, and the owners walking down the driveway the lady began yelling/scolding in a harsh way, telling us and the driver, this is their address and that we cannot have the luggage dropped here, it's against their policy. I asked the driver to take it down the street in order to retrieve it. I have never been treated so poorly, and I would never recommend this place.
