In response to our recent guest comments, we would like the opportunity to respond to their critisism. Prior to their booked engagement, inquiry was made regarding an extended stay and a request to allow the delivery of mail to our address. We responded that this was strictly prohibited due to residency statutes and that perhaps a alternate location might suit the guest needs better. Concurrently, and with the knowledge of our prohibition regarding delivery of any materials, which could be construed as residency claims, the guest initiated additional inquires about receiving luggage at the property. Globally, the situation was clearly exacerbated by the Salesforce tech meltdown, and without prior knowledge of the previous request, prudence and common sense would have yielded a more sympathetic outcome. Vrbo recommended contract severance based on prior documentation. We chose the high ground by requesting the technical acceptance of their belongings take place off site. We regret the inconvenience and hope the guest understands that protocols exist to facilitate future enjoyment of our property.
