This property was fine overall, but there were just a few things about it that could be improved. There were a few paper towels that needed to be picked up when we checked in, we weren't given the unit number and had to find it from the property pictures, one of the showers curtains was facing inside out, there were some kitchen things but not others (like measuring cups or a Keurig even though there were K-cups on the counter). Nothing too major, but the property could use a little bit of a refresh, including the living room furniture. We did really like the location and the fishing pond right behind it.

This house is the perfect location for a beach getaway. It’s very accommodating for a large family. It was clean and fully stocked. The owner is great with communication. I highly recommend it here.

AC worked great! Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Porch lights were out but not really necessary to have on. The porch area and seating was perfect for sitting outside.

Perfect getaway

Everything was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in was very smooth. House was stocked with extra household items. We had so much fun playing shuffleboard and hanging out downstairs. Hope to book this place again.

Great Stay

The house layout was great for our family, everyone had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and we loved playing shuffleboard and watching movies at night. The boys enjoyed the catch and release pond and caught several fish. The house is very close with easy access to the beach as well as anything in town. The host was great to work with and very responsive.

Best weekend ever

Kristin has a gorgeous home, at a perfect location! I rented this house for a girls trip and it was the best weekend ever! They were so much space, and it was decorated so perfectly! We loved the downstairs patio that had a nice view. That location was perfect and it was not far from the beach at all. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely be returning.

Fun week

The property was as shown in the photos. Great amount of space for the 6 of us. Super easy to get into town for meals, and the kitchen was well equiped. The complex pool is super small. The environment was family friendly.

Wonderful extended weekend

The house has everything needed. Other than a slight issue with the refrigerator the property was fantastic. The owner was responsive, the amenities on the property allowed for a fun time while waiting for activities or food. The location is perfect located not far from food, entertainment, and the beach. Would recommend anyone to look into this property.

Would have been nice if the downstairs bathroom wasn't locked my senior citizens in the group had a hard time going up and down the stairs just to use the bathroom

The star review is disappointing as we were extremely accommodating to your group by allowing an 8-hour early arrival without a charge. The downstairs bathroom code was provided. We have since then replaced the entry to avoid additional codes needed. Please note that our home is on stilts as many of the beach houses are and this may not be the best option for anyone having a difficult time with stairs. Additionally, we have an onsite property manager who could have helped resolve any issues upon being contacted.

Family Summer Vacation

Condo was very nice and spacious. Kiddos loved the fooze ball and shuffle board table's and the outdoor TV. Outdoor shower was great after a trip to the beach. We wish the pool had been bigger, especially since all the condos in that community share that one pool, but all in all, it was very nice. We would rent again.

Great Place

The only thing that could have been better were the TV's in the bedroom, we could not get them to work. Everything else was awesome and everyone had a great time.

Port A stay

This was an amazing experience and we would definitely book it again! The location was amazing as we were close to the beach and the surrounding shopping stores. Kristin, our coordinator and booking agent was very attentive, caring and communicative! Thank you so much Kristin for an amazing time and keeping the lines open for me and the family! It was nice. A couple of lights/fans did not work. The place does need new couches. They were not comfortable. The kiddosaand i like to snuggle watching movies. Other then that it was a beautiful place. Location was perfect.

Fishing trip

First impression was great area etc. However , the plumbing seemed to be clogging alot, bed frame falling apart and alot of rust. I understand the salt water etc. But there was alot of close calls the nails on the wall. Overall it was a great place but the price was a little for for it.

A Shore Bet is definitely a sure bet!

Loved this house! The homeowner and property manager were so incredibly nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. There are 3 King beds which is unheard of with vacation rentals so that was great for our group. There aren't closets but they have hooks on the doors for you to hang your clothes. All of the little touches were provided. Great view and location. We will definitely rent again!
