You will truly love this incredibly remodeled 200-year-old castle set up for staycations, night stopovers & long-term getaways. Welcome World Travelers to America's Paradise.

This Castle was once built in the early 1800s and we have spent the time to make it a traveler's dream with high-speed Wifi in each villa, Smart TVs, new plumbing and electricity, and super clean and fresh. We have solar power and a water purification system for your showers and hydration.

This location is the ideal spot to walk around Charlotte Amalie and enjoy the Cosmopolitan atmosphere, brimming with Danish colonial architecture, duty-free shops, cafes, delicious restaurants, and cultural landmarks.
*Note: There is an 8% penalty for cancellation at any time.
THE SPACE:
Fully Renovated Charlotte Amalie Harbor & Sunset View. This is a very cool layout that is cheerful, bright, and beautiful. Big living room area with cool city view and great afternoon happy hour sunset view. 40" Smart TV with all your favorite internet channels such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, etc.

You will be delighted to surf the web with your own dedicated Wifi-Box and the highest wifi speed in the Virgin Islands.

The kitchen has all-new pots, pans, glassware, and coffee pot and it will be fun making your own meals while enjoying the good island vibes. We will supply you with wonderful fresh local coffee to start your day off right. You can walk to Moe's grocery store and grab all your fruits, vegetables, steaks, and all your supplies.

Don't want to cook? You can walk to dozens of incredible restaurants like Parley Cafe for smoothies and coffee, Bumpa's for Brunch, Greenhouse for lunch, Amalia's or Virgilio's for dinner, and many other ideal choices.

The bedroom has a new queen-size memory foam bed with new bamboo pillows and fresh white linens and towels. The room can be dark and cool to ensure a cozy night of sleep. The shower has hot water and a reminder all our water is purified and filtered much better than most hotels and all drinking water is available.

The space has Himalayan sea salt lights and other ambient mood lighting when you want to relax and unwind and bright lights are available when you need to wake up and tackle some projects.

It is ideal for travelers that want to experience everything St. Thomas has to offer being centrally located in the Historic Downtown District just 2 miles from the airport, and a few blocks to the cruise terminals and ferry services.

You are only 3 miles from one of the best beaches in the world, Magens Bay.

Take a quick drive to Red Hook and get on the Car Ferry to head over to St John for the day and experience the small island paradise with pristine beaches, incredible shopping, amazing foods, and everything you dream about for your Island getaway.

GETTING AROUND

Highly desired, centrally located Charlotte Amalie House. You can walk to dozens of cafes, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. This is an excellent location as a base to explore all the islands. You can get taxis and there is street parking in front of the unit for our guests.

1 block to the harbor.

2.7 miles from the Airport $10-$15 taxi ride.

3 blocks from The Edward Wilmoth Blyden IV Marine Terminal with Speedy's Ferry and Native Son Ferry.

1.9 miles to the Havensight area.
HOUSE RULES
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
3. Primary Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. Quiet time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
7. Checkout is at 10:00 am. Check-In Time 3:00 PM
8. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
9. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Checkout Instructions:

Thank you for staying at our Vacation Rental.
Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:

1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don't forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box.

2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.

3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.

4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.

5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.

6. Make sure all the windows are shut.

7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.
