Welcome to "Haven", a private back-unit duplex in Winter Haven designed for couples, small families, business travelers, and guests visiting LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Peppa Pig Theme Park, Downtown Winter Haven, Winter Haven Hospital, and nearby Central Florida attractions.

We use the name "Haven" because this space is designed to feel private, comfortable, and relaxing during your stay. One of the best features of this property is the private screened-in porch and large fenced-in backyard, giving guests a peaceful outdoor space to relax and enjoy the Florida weather.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental includes one private bedroom, a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and a clean private bathroom. The home also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free on-site parking.

This property is part of a duplex, but your rental space is private and located around the back of the property. Guests access the unit by walking along the red paver path to the private screened-in porch and sliding door entrance. The only shared area is the parking area, and each unit has its own designated parking spot.

The home is conveniently located about 2 miles from LEGOLAND Florida Resort and Peppa Pig Theme Park, with restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, local lakes, Downtown Winter Haven, and Winter Haven Hospital nearby.

We enjoyed staying here but I had to take stars away because there were so many roaches in this place. In the kitchen and in the bathroom. I had to leave my toothbrush in the trash because I woke up in the night to use the bathroom and saw roaches crawling on my toothbrush. I did reach out to the host about it and never got a response.

I don't think there's any retail within walking distance, but everything is within a short drive distance. Everything I could possibly need was there in the apartment. It was a great experience

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Wakulla!We recently had the pleasure of staying at Wakulla and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we booked, the communication with the owner was excellent. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless.The property itself was immaculate! Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, it felt like a home away from home. We loved the peaceful neighborhood, which provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle.The location was perfect for our family. We were within easy reach of Legoland, which was a huge hit with the kids. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby shopping and dining options.And let's not forget the price! Wakulla offered incredible value for the quality of the property and its prime location.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay in the area.5 out of 5 stars!

There is no washer or dryer in this unit. I booked this here at Travelocity and the blurb says there is. The owner told us that this unit is advertised in several places and some may say the wrong thing. However, VRBO listing also notes W&D present. We were staying for a week and counted on having laundry available while there. I would ask the owner to please correct it everywhere. There were also no condiments except salt and pepper in the unit, so bring your own. Otherwise, the service and response to other issues was quick.

Check in was smooth, communication with the host was excellent. Unfortunately did not have access to the thermostat, so therefore I needed to communicate with the host to higher or lower the temperature. In addition, the place was clean however filled with roaches. Lots of roaches everywhere.
