House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy is 8 people
- Dogs are allowed for an extra $150 fee per stay/per dog. Max of 2 dogs weighing under 70lbs each. Please notify us if you plan to bring a dog so we can add the fee.
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- NOTE: The owner has multiple homes in the area should you need more space for your large group.
- NOTE: There is a decibel monitoring sensor located outside of the home.


FAQ:  The spiral staircase is located in the main bedroom and leads to a small loft.   It's not required that you utilize it as a standard staircase leads to all of the 2nd floor bedrooms.
FAQ: The backyard is not fully fenced; dogs need to be leashed outside.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
