Some renters have missed the amenities we offer. We do not supply any linens ( sheets,towels, wash clothes, dish wash rags or any toiletries ). Sorry for any misunderstanding but we try to supply the cleanest unit available. We don't supply items that can be easily stained and appear soiled even though they have been washed.

Excellent location, extremely clean,well stocked dishes, love kitchen and shower!! The floor is heaving by the bathroom door. It's causing the tile infront of bathroom door to be loose; and bathroom door to stick making door hard to open. Beautiful floating docks to fish, and absolutely love the porch, and the beautiful views!!! Would definitely love to vacation there again! Highly, recommend!!

I am 78 and have mobility issues, so the first floor location and walk-in shower with built-in seat were very much appreciated.My husband and I loved having our morning coffee and evening drinks on the covered porch.The views of the channel are spectacular.

Annual Mother/Daughter Trip

The Chincoteague Pony Penny week has been our mother/daughter trip for years. This year was extra special as it was the 100th anniversary. Scott is a wonderful host. Great communication from the time I made our reservation back in the winter months through the day we checked out. Location is nothing but spectacular! First floor, water front with a boat slip! Very clean, updated condo with a well equipped kitchen for anyone’s cooking style, comfortable furniture, beds very comfortable. Wi-Fi access. The bathroom is equipped with handicap bars and additional shower, which made it extra safe for my daughter who has a neurological disease that triggers involuntary movements.I enjoyed my morning coffee on the back porch watching porpoise swimming, multiple species of birds and yes, the infamous Chincoteague ponies after they swam back. We love our island vacation and look forward to staying here again next year.

Lighthouse View

This is a sweet condo right on the bay. We could see the ponies on Assateague and saw the dolphins swimming by one morning. Comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen had everything even pot for steaming crabs and mallets. This location was easy to get to anything on the island.

As always, we had an amazing stay. The property was perfect for our family. The view is absolutely beautiful and the location is in the perfect spot to feel like you’re in your own world. Can’t wait to get back!

This is an adorable two bedroom condo. Love the light love the layout. Loved the location, clean excellent communication with owner.Cannot beat the view!!You look across the water and the salt grass to see acidity is in the morning with a cup of coffee on the back deckOne point of note, it is not, in fact, twin bunkbeds. It is a pyramid bunk (queen/full under twin)

Pennington Family Vacation

We just can't say enough about our stay in Scott and Charlene's Condo. There is nowhere else I would stay on Chincoteague Island. The condo itself is sparkling clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, and roomy living area. The fabulous bathroom is very clean with an easy access shower. The condo is perfect! The view from the porch is stunning, from the gorgeous Lighthouse to watching the beautiful ponies across Assateague Channel every morning. Fishing and crabbing off the floating and stationary docks is so much fun and a great place to dock the boat. And there are two cleaning stations where yuoi can clean your fresh catch of tjhe day! Charlene and Scott are always readily available to answer any questions or concerns we may have and are very very courteous, friendly and easy to communicate with. Scott and Charlene thank you so very much for a wonderful, beautiful, fun and relaxing time in your beautiful condo! We will definitely make plans to stay next year.Ray and Reggie

Peaceful and memorable

Great little condo, easy to find, awesome sunrise/sunsets from the dock. Could see the ponies on Assateague with binoculars. Good communication with owner when needed. Definitely plan to return.

Beautiful View

Great lighthouse view. It’s nice to be just outside of the busy Main Street, but still within access of shops, restaurants and bridge to Assateague. Love the boat dock convenience. Rear deck is perfect for coffee at sunrise.

Great location

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the Sea tag inn!! Watching the sun come up every day and seen the horses across the water was awesome. You also have a nice view of the lighthouse. It’s nice to be able to just walk out to the dock and fish without even getting in the boat!!!

Our family that have enjoyed and many years at Chincoteague Island and our wish is to share our happy place with others. There was never a need to watch TV with so many activities available at the front door; biking or hiking on trails in Chincoteague and or Assateague , shopping, crabbing and or fishing, boating, kayaking. playing at the waterpark with grandchild, relaxing on the porch with favorite drink and watching for the dolphins to swim into the channel. Best of all - "The fish stories".
