Our secluded, work-friendly guest suite is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. You get the entire place yourself!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We're on a quiet suburban street and within driving distance to great local restaurants, parks, and wineries. It is a convenient place to stay when exploring the greater Seattle area.

Surrounding attractions include Juanita Beach Park (5 min), Totem Lake (8 min), downtown Kirkland (8 min), downtown Bellevue (15 min), and downtown Seattle (25 min).

THE SPACE
Our guest suite comes with 2 bedrooms, private bathroom, full kitchen, living room. It also includes a washer, dryer, and dedicated office space, making it ideal for extended vacations or working remotely.

There is private entry and access to the shared backyard. If you're lucky, you might encounter a family of 3 deer (mom, dad and baby) that make regular visits.

OTHER NOTES
The suite is smoke-free and pet-free (no smoking or pets), as we want to be considerate of future guests who may have odor sensitivities or allergies.

Awesome hosts!

We had a trip that ended up with an emergency. The hosts could not have been more gracious and kind. We are so very grateful. The place was lovely and exceptionally clean. The location was ideal. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect family space

This was the perfect spot for my family trip. Having the office, a full kitchen, and a great little space to pick blackberries outside was ideal.

Tranquil, clean and close to everything

Well organized spacious apartment, very clean; in a green but also urban setting. Deer in front of the door at times. Owners were very helpful and always accommodating. We loved it. Thanks Bertram and family

Great little basement Apt

We came in from Texas for our son’s wedding at the end of June. The basement apartment had everything we need Needed. The cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at the host communicated great with us. The check-in was flawlessly easy. Close to everything we needed great location. Would highly recommend this property.

Worked Well For Me

It’s a basement apartment… it worked well for where I wanted to be due to a family situation. It’s a nice, basement apartment. Everything was functional, and I loved the water pressure in the shower and the heated seat in the bathroom! Be advised… you hear the upstairs (which I contacted the renter about, and it stopped immediately), cold temperatures (which can be mitigated with heat, but the renter wants you to turn them off when you go out), and tv is ancient (no app adding, no screen sharing, and no cable, so be aware if there is anything you want to watch plan to be out or watch on your own device). We did not spend a lot of time there, so these weren’t a big deal…

Safe sweet place to stay

This suite is a cute basement apartment below the owner’s home. It is in a quiet clean neighborhood off the beaten path, but is close enough to walk to amenities. Sunny has some nice features to make you feel at home. We appreciated the water filter pitcher, the heated toilet seat, simple furnishings, kitchen was not over stocked but had all the basic needs covered, and Sunny was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t figure out the door lock, but felt safe to leave with it unlocked.

Very comfortable place

Everything is brand new like you can see in the pictures. The location was great for me because my daughter lives nearby, there are lots of parks.

Great place

We had a great stay at this VRBO. The only thing I would warn about is the driveway. I have a Ford F150 and it was a tight squeeze. But the place was great; very quiet and safe in a very nice neighborhood. The house was well equiped and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend it as a nice place to stay.
