Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

A kitchen without glasses, cups, dishes, or basic cooking utensils is unimaginable. But that's exactly what I got with this rental. The owner's solution? Buy disposable dishes. The location is perfect for being on the northern end of south beach. You are out of all of the commotion, and have direct access to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. It’s easy to walk down to south-south beach as well, or take a taxi. The full balcony is great however, the apartment itself is a little dingy and needs a little TLC. Updated pictures of what it looks like in current time would be nice.

Pros: Corner/end unit with plenty of windows and natural light. Patio with ocean view. Easy access to the pool and ocean. Clean unit and comfortable furniture.Miscellaneous: The larger bed is in the smaller room and the 2 smaller beds are in the larger room with the master bathroom. This wasn’t a negative and likely done to accommodate more people, but it was a little random.Worth noting: Bring your own amenities. For example, paper towels, dish detergent/soap, trash bags, kitchen towels, kitchen soap.Check-in and checkout: It is hotel style where one must check-in at a front. There’s also a security deposit that’s taken upon check-in. Cleaning crew comes after stay, so no need to take out the trash, gather bedding, etc.

Just ok

Little outdated property. Had a kitchen but not Equipped with necessary supplies to cook and eat. Carpet was extremely worn with large stains. Had nails sticking up at threshold.

Clean, roomy, but needs updates and local info

Very clean place! Great beds and showers. Nice set up of apartment. Disappointed at some parts of the place: blinds were old and falling down, which made me concerned that the surprise damage deposit would not be refunded. Facilities needed some updating. Could have used more local info in the room: where to eat, how to get around, etc. More (any)hand towels in bath and any kitchen towels( or paper towels) and kitchen soap were needed. Services on site were never open( except for small bar). A small coffee place or restaurant would have been a daily stop for us. Staff just said it would be open “later” with no time ever mentioned. Suggestions: tell renters in the booking about the damage deposit, post or provide binder with local info- or have brochure stand somewhere. Stock kitchen with basics( salt/ pepper/ oil/ potholders). Higher toilets. Be honest about the tiki area and market, restaurant opening hours, and spa services on site. Great location, nice staff who clean well. Just update the place and provide info for us older people. Don’t expect people to ask. Instead provide them with information more than a list of phone numbers.

Great location and view

Great location with easy access to the beach and nice small pool. Our appartment had a nice view on the city at the 10th floor. The appartment was good for five guests sharing beds but dont expect a luxury stay. You will have just enough toilet paper and cuttlery for one day, so expect to wash dishes and visit the front desk a couple times if you are staying for a while. The appartment could use some decor refreshing and more love, it doesnt feel spick and span but it was clean enough when we arrived. Expect some humidity as the bathrooms have zero windows or ventilation, dont expect you towels to dry, you will have to get new ones everyday. For the price we paid, it was a good deal as we were mostly in Miami beach to party and sleep for a few hours

Great location but...

Great location and view but disappointed about the furniture and kitchen essential utensils availability. Only one wine glass no pan for cocking. We had to purchased to be able to cook something. The pictures in add are home staging, not the actual furniture you will get which we were very disappointed with. Felt like a cheap rental. The Gym equipments are pretty old and most are broken or has missing parts. There are 6 pretty pickleball courts outside but no equipement available for rent to play! We saw no one playing during our 7 days stay...Sad.This building has potential but feel like it past it's time and need some love.

Elevators weren’t working properly. Got stuck several times. Asked for wash cloths and towels three separate times and never received them. Kitchen had no dish towels or cloths. It says it accommodates 6 but kitchen only had 4 coffee cups. One wine glass and one spoon. The tv had colored lights through the screen.

Bait & switch- misleading

One day before arrival, after the point I could cancel my reservation, they messaged me that we were being relocated to another suite due to a maintenance issue. The room was smaller seating wise. The master had a full instead of a queen sized bed. It was an ok price for the space, but not as listed. The place was musty upon entry. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. The space was in need of a deep clean. There was an odd door in the kitchen that opened to the hall that only had a door handle lock, no upper lock. The dining sat 4 instead of 6 as pictured. We are a family of 5. There was nothing to wash the dishes with. The dishes in the cabinet were too dirty to use.There was a nice pool and the property had beach access through a private back gate. The elevator was really slow. I felt mislead and see that is consistent with other reviews. I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we got to the location they told us the room was not ready at that time okay it was early. They told us about 2 restaurants onsite and a pool bar. Okay so we went and got into our swim outfit’s went to the pool the it was great. Went to the bar to order a drink and some snack’s till the room was ready both restaurants were closed due to a private event. So we went back into the lobby mind you this is about a hour and half they called house keeping they said yes it will be ready in 10 minutes. So we went and walked around and came back about 30 minutes latter room was still not ready. At that time I asked the new person on shift if they could check she said sir it will not be ready till 4pm. That was going to be another 45 minutes. Once we did get into the room they didn’t have any paper towels in the kitchen the sink was backed up there were only enough towels for showering for 1 day had to call the front desk for all of this stuff. They brought us paper towels that’s it. Now let’s get to the pic they show you on the add nothing like the room we stayed in the couch was old the bed was old. I never leave reviews on places but this had to be said we were so excited to be in South Beach and the room was a disappointment

Definitely not as nice as the pictures show

Overall everything was fine I guess, it definitely wasn’t as nice as the pictures were advertised. I booked an ocean view room and didn’t get it. The carpet in the bedroom was very gross, there weren’t blankets on the beds just tiny thin twin and maybe queen throw like blanket we had to settle with. The tiki bar wasn’t open at all while there so getting something to drink we had to Uber miles away not a big deal but kinda inconvenient.

Wir waren für 1 Woche da und hatten ein Appartement im 10. Stock mit sensationellem Ausblick auf die Skyline von Miami. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Den einzigen Punkt, den wir zu bemängeln hätten, wäre die Ausstattung der Küche. Wir mussten von Küchenrolle, Filtertüten, Grundgewürze, Putzmittel alles selber besorgen. Da wäre eine gewisse Grundausstattung gut. Ansonsten top und gerne wieder r mussten von Küchenrolle, Fu

Bare bones

The place was clean with great views of the city. However, there was not enough stuff that you could use the kitchen if you intended to save money and eat breakfast or something at the condo. There wasn’t even soap to wash our dishes after we used them and no paper towels if you spilled something. The place lacked to provide the necessities.
