Esta unidad del tercer piso (n. ° 301) es un condominio directo frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con vistas directas a la playa desde una cocina de concepto abierto, sala de estar y dormitorio de invitados. Cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes a medida, mostradores de granito y pisos de madera. Dormitorio principal con cama king size y baño completo, televisión de pantalla plana y vistas parciales al océano. Cuarto de invitados incluye cama doble y cuarto de baño completo con ducha de azulejos personalizados. Vistas completas al mar desde el dormitorio de invitados.

Sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y conexión inalámbrica a Internet. Patio con vistas sobre la piscina y el océano. En la unidad; lavadora / secadora y combinación de colchón de aire suministrado. Incluye servicio de aparcamiento gratuito y uso de un pequeño gimnasio en el hotel con vistas a la piscina. A father-son-trip with my 77 year old father — and it was excellent. The condo was beautiful, the views were magnificent and the beach was great. Everything was in walking distance. We loved it and will be back next year!

Great location, great condo — a perfect vacaty

Beautiful ocean front condo with spectacular views, two beautiful bedrooms, a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The area is a quiet yet sophisticated neighborhood and the resort has all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation, including a heated pool, large garden and direct beach access. We loved it!

Good for Family

Great area for family. Definitely not a party spot, which is what we wanted. Pool was closed the whole time which was a bummer, but lets face it, we went to Miami for the beach.

This is a great location. You can walk to everywhere you need to - restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Condo was clean, stocked, and had an awesome view. Would love to stay again.

We stayed at this lovely condo before a cruise out of Miami. Great safe location, wonderful walking path by the beach, easy beach access, small pool but big enough. Walked to dinner each day. Place was clean and had everything we needed

Met our needs

Our stay was good and the condo met our needs. Host indicated that there was a valet, but no. Parking was very limited. Weekend front desk person was not helpful in getting into the building. The unit itself has been renovated some and then other parts of it need some attention. There is no counterspace in the bathrooms. The construction next door is not bad, but the path was closed off while we were there so they could add more sand. All in all it was ok for our stay.

Amazing view 🏝️ great time!

We are very excited of our staying! Incredible view on the ocean and two steps to the clean and wonderful beach!!! If you're looking for quite staying you need came here. Chris prepare everything for our arriving all you need, you'll find in the apartment!!! Two block to the public supermarket) definitely recommend and will come back 🤗

Great value

Beautiful location / beach! Nothing fancy about the condo but it will do for the price! Walk to Publix and a few nice restaurants too. Very high end neighborhood. Really nice beach walking path and biking path. Pool wasn’t really heated but the ocean was lovely. No bikes included, you need to rent them.

amazing rental property

Love this property and location. Everything was amazing. The reason I gave 4 stars is because there was construction noise right underneath our balcony. Pool was being redone and the daily drilling at 8am was pretty loud. Otherwise this is a great rental and I will be coming back in the future. thank you

Surfside Stay at the Carlisle

Nice condo, busy area, new condo being built next door with major construction crew, trucks, cranes, etc. starting about 7:30 AM all week. Nice view, close to beach access. Parking is cumbersome with valet holding keys and using parking garage, but not a major issue. Pool was closed during our entire stay, messaged with owners several times, no one on property or the owners had much information. Requested discount of 10% due to issue, owner never replied!

Surfside - Carlisle on the Ocean

The interior of the condo was nice. Unfortunately, there is constant construction noise in the garage from 8am to 4pm, Mon-Fri. It is directly below this condo. Difficult to hear the television or to sleep. Parking in the garage is a challenge because of the construction. If you don't mind the construction noise, go for it.

Relaxing and comfortable condo with great views and well appointed

I loved that this condo is so close to the beach and pool. Down a flight of stairs and we could walk out onto the pool. Two minutes later and we were on the beach. We had the balcony door open all the time to catch the lovely warm breezes and soothing sounds of the ocean. The view is amazing. And there is a wonderful walking path along the beach where you can walk and be refreshed by the ocean breeze. We stayed for nine weeks so I liked that the kitchen was so well appointed that I could cook just like at home and appreciated the in suite laundry. We could walk to the Publix grocery. Great shopping mall in nearby Aventura with multiplex movie theatre. And just about any store you can want on Biscayne Blvd. Looking forward to going back for sure.

fabulous location fantastic home

Owners were fantastic, home was super clean and bright, everything worked great. Grocery store was just two blocks away and we used the well appointed kitchen a few times. The building was managed by great folks that were helpful and accommodating. The construction was known and to be honest wasn't terribly intrusive to us, all exterior and never dirty or cluttered. Beach access is A+++. Enjoyed the amazing views of the Ocean every morning, you can't beat the location. Close to lots of restaurants nearby and about a $15 uber ride to SOBE. Very safe place, quiet at night and easy to get to and from I95 without the traffic of SOBE. Can't wait to come back once the outside reno is done, already looks like it's going to be amazing. PS, stay here and get a great rate while the exterior reno is going on and save $$ , if you want to hit a resort pool use resortpass and get into some of the hottest resort pools in SOBE or Hollywood FL for the day without shelling out $700 a night. We did a cabana at Margaritaville for the day and it was great.

Comfortable condo in a safe, family-oriented location

Overall I give it a solid B+. The location was great, very walkable and a nice distance between South Beach and the north beaches as well. Grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Family friendly and safe, right on the walking path near the beach which was nice. The beach in front of the building was pretty quiet and relaxing. The building was under renovation, but work done only during 8am-4pm which didn't impact us at all. We did not hear any jackhammers, just sawing. Parking must be done by valet which overall was good and very efficient. Our car was consistently loaded with bird droppings from the garage. We received it back one day with a chip out of the windshield. I have to think the damage was related to the garage renovation. The condo and building could use a little love. Dishwasher didn't work, lightbulbs were out, curtains hanging from the rods, blinds not working. The pool itself was great - the shower didn't work, light in the pool bathroom was out, grill was unusable. Just a bit of time with maintenance in the condo as well as the property would go a long way. The condo was well equipped with a few consumables - spices, paper products, dish soap, etc. There were a few beach chairs and umbrellas as well as small beach towels, very nice touch. We enjoyed our stay - a little more upkeep would have been great, but otherwise no complaints.

Great location and good value

Fabulous view of ocean and palm trees. Free parking. Full kitchen, 2-bed/2-bath, fully equipped and well appointed. Modern and very clean. Stone tile floors great for beach area. Comfortable furniture. Washer/dryer in unit. Beach chairs, towels to use. Also fully stocked with dish soap, paper towels, linens, and more. Beach access is pretty easy. Four Seasons Hotel nearby for a nice meal, relaxing. Handicap access to beach 2 blocks down. (No handicap features or grab bars in unit). Small but nice pool; recently remodeled. Reasonable and friendly owners who care about the property and needs of the renters. Numerous restaurants, nice grocery, Starbucks nearby. A few areas of improvement to take note of: No laundry detergent. Signifant Noise due to facade construction outside. Check with owner before booking; nearby buildings also have renovations. Garage doors immediately below unit are noisy and awoke us nightly. It’s badly rusted and attaches to garage ceiling immediately below the unit. Rental fee is a great value; nearby hotels/motels are much more costly. VRBO charged a high fee, owners charge admin fee plus significant housekeeping fee, plus city taxes for our 8-night stay. Bed linens on King bed are polyester, sticky and low quality; they slip and slide and come off the bed. Comfort: Queen bed is good, the King is shaky with any movement. King bed uses a Queen duvet--it's too small. Parking is free, but garage is a staging area for construction so it can take awhile to retrieve your car. A machine related to the main AC unit in the building created constant humming, so I'd check to make sure that's fixed before you book, since we used earplugs at night and it was so loud we exited the building all day every day. Overall it's a nice unit—if the renovations are done and the mechanical reverberation sound is fixed, and garage doors updated.

Tolles Appartement in guter Lage

Das Appartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Perfekt für ein paar Tage Urlaub in der Nähe von Miami. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür und es ist sehr ruhig. Neben ist eine Baustelle, was uns allerdings nicht störte, da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

Surfside is a very safe, family-friendly community. We were searching for a vacation home in a location that offered the ability to walk to several shops and restaurants and still feel relatively low key. The

The lower unit level gives us both the amazing ocean view and the ability to get to the beach and pool in no time- a bonus when you have young kids and elderly parents.

We recently discovered the joys of leaving the kids behind for the occasional evening of oceanside dining at the Grand Beach Hotel to our left and the Four Seasons to our right.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are a family of runners, so we enjoy the biking/walking/running paths that run the length of the beach community and connect to neighboring beach communities.

Our unit has direct ocean views and provides a birds eye view of the pool area.

Unlike many of Miami's oceanside communities, Surfside still feels like a community. The twelve-story building height restrictions coupled with the tight-knit residential community across Collins Ave. give the town a friendly feel. This isn't a party town, but definitely a place to kick back and relax.
