We had an excellent stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars is we had hot water issue in upstairs shower but it was fixed quickly.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay and would consider again when in Bethany. House met all our needs, conveniently located. Kitchen well equipped, loved the screened in porch.

We planned our Memorial Day weekend getaway at this property with a couple of friends. Although the weather wasn't on our side for beach activities, we absolutely loved our stay. The property is beautifully designed, incredibly well-maintained, and highly functional. It was perfectly stocked with all the everyday supplies we needed, plus games and gear for outdoor activities like cycling, kayaking, and beach days. Our host, Robin, was kind, responsive, and a breeze to communicate with. She really made sure we had a great stay despite the inclement weather. I highly recommend checking out this property if you're looking to stay near Bethany Beach!

Family beach vacation with 4 grandkids. We wound up spending more time in the house than anticipated due to the effects of an offshore hurricane, but the house was lovely, well stocked with games, lots of spaces to spread out, and we enjoyed our time with each other. The back porch was especially wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, comfortable, updated, attractive and clean. Terrific supplies. Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here previously because we enjoy it so much. The beds are comfortable. Temperature throughout the house can be regulated with fans providing additional comfort. The kitchen is well stocked with plates cups and utensils. The shed has multiple beach and bike options. The cost to rent was reasonable.

Great house with alot of space

We were 2 families (3 adults and 5 kids) and the house was more than spacious! The kids had fun outside in the yard! We enjoyed the shared pool and tennis court which are pretty close (3-5 min walk from the house). We were indeed close to the beach! Nice spacious house, close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay!

Well Equipped and Very Comfortable

Nice property and we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We made use of the bicycles and beach chairs and boogie boards. Weber grill is nice touch and it worked great. Neighborhood is good for walking and has a large community pool. Location close to Bethany Beach Boardwalk and other beaches.

Beach

The house had everything you could want. A well stocked kitchen. Ample seating areas. Good climate control. A very comfortable bed. Ample towels and linens. And a shed full of beach chairs, umbrellas, buggy boards, bikes, and even kayaks. We were very pleased with our experience.

This home was everything we needed and more. It was a great adventure. There was plenty of space with all the comforts of home and stocked with items we had forgotten. It was immaculately kept. The home is nestled in a cul de sac with huge oak and maple trees that helped create the peaceful quiet scenery we needed. There is a grocery store and the beach is about 10 minutes away. The hosts were readily available.

Peaceful getaway

The house is lovely. More house than we needed for the two of us, but it had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The hosts are gracious and fantastic communicators. The neighborhood is peaceful and very quiet, yet the beach is just a few minutes away. Early October is still warm enough to enjoy the beaches and plenty of folks were doing just that. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely keep this house on our short list.

Springtime adventure

The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. There was everything we needed to relax on the patios and prepare our meals in the amazing kitchen. We enjoyed our walks and biking through the quiet neighborhood and it was only a short drive and bike ride to the boardwalk and beaches. Bethany was filled with sprintime flowers and was just lovely to walk around and visit shops and restaurants. What a peaceful getaway for us. Robin was very kind and helpful and got back to us quickly. We would definitley stay again and recommend to others

Bethany Beach Weekend

My family and I stayed over the Easter weekend. Sort of the offseason for this area, but we lucked out with some really nice weather. First, the house is great. It was the perfect size for our family of four and four legged friend. Super comfortable and well stocked. We cooked Easter dinner and breakfast every day and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. The property owners were very responsive and detailed with check in/check out instructions and had a nice book with local information. There was also a nice little treat for our dog (nice little touch). We had never been to Bethany Beach before and had a really nice time. Not everything was open in the offseason, but some of the shops and most importantly ice cream spots were open. The beach was nice and really nice bike/hiking trailers were really close. We would definitely recommed the house and the area and look forward to getting back out during the summer season.
